Linda Downing (Lindow1): Easy to get to by freeway. Rental cars conveniently located a short shuttle ride away at the terminal. Short or no lines to check bags or security. Charging plugs were not working in the waiting area.

Hemanti Devrukhkar: San Jose International Airport. Easy Access but not big airport. Its two terminal Airport. It serves nearby neighborhood of Silicon Valley.
Scott Seeley: The San Jose airport is the perfect size with non-stop flights to and from yet small enough that check in, security and baggage is a breeze.
Deepak: Entrance to bay area. San Jose got good connectivity with cab and other modes of transportation. Check-in and check out process was very quick within the airport. Car Rental is located opposite to the terminal. Cab pickup spots are marked out the airport terminal for easy pickup. Wish you nice time here.#HappyTravelling

Jared Byrne: I only stayed at this hotel for one night, as a part of a quick work trip through the area, but I was impressed. Friendly staff, clean room, nice view, and a seemingly great location. This was a great hotel overall that I'd be happy to stay at again; and while work paid for the stay, from my understanding it was a decent price, comparatively.
Gayetri Maya Parmar: Nice pool, lounge, and close to everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Room was over all nice, comfy and clean. Beds and pillows were great. No bathroom fan and cannot open the window to get fresh air, so a little stuffy. Noise from the street was super loud but a nice view. I was surprised with excess of $110 in charges that didn't match my check out bill, even after confirming with front staff. We stayed one night for a tournament, the valet took 30 mins to get our car, they were short staffed and comped us free parking. When called to check on bill was given another number to call which led me to voicemail and directed me to a website. Lowers my trust in the Marriott.

So Trinh: If you go to the back of the lobby there are 2 video game systems in the back, offering a ton of classics. Played the classic NES Burger Time, brought back lots of great childhood memories.Hotel was nice, crispy clean, rooms were normal sized. back lit bathroom mirrors were nice.

Robby Rodriguez: Great Emerald aisle experience. Grab the car you want from your membership level and then check out. It’s the best. Only thing I’d update are the labeling of the aisles. They aren’t always marked. Emerald basic, Executive, Executive Elite.

Mohamed Ben-Ghaly: 2024 Nissan Altima, nice peppy car, after a few days with this ride I finally figured out how to activate Sport Mode. And yeah, the peppier shifting model made the car a lot more fun to drive. Drive it like it's a rental eh. The only downside was the lingering slight "skunk" odor the non-smoking car came with.

Leo Baldwin: The new app and IT are going through teething problems. The app told me that I couldn't go to Emerald Isle but the desk told me to go ahead and ignore the app. When I was checking out the car before me had a long wait. When I got to the exit gate I had a long way too. It seemed they needed to verify every piece of information. The woman said that what happens when your new member. I've been a member of the Emerald Isle since it was introduced in the 90s.
