Jonathan Gold: Great customer service from Brad at this J. Crew location. I went in there with no idea of what suit to get for a wedding in Mexico and Brad was very helpful and knowledgeable. I walked in wearing carhartts, a work vest and a beanie and he didn't assume any stereo type and treated me with the upmost respect. I ended up ordering a linen suit from them. Highly recommend. Give that man a raise.

Ali Asghar: They have really done a good job updating the store and dividing it up from babies, boys, girls, men and women. Cashier line tends to be long, store is typically kept up and they post sale signs up by the door.
Shauna Lacoste: Love the baby gap jeans with those soft, elastic waistbands鈥攖hey're definitely the most comfortable jeans for little kids that I've found. The only register open was in the main section of the store; I wish they'd included some signage on the baby section register explaining where to go to check out, I wasted time hovering around, looking for a staff person to help me there before I thought to check the adjacent areas.
Lucinda Shanbhag: Most items are made from cotton. Great for people with sensitive skin or hates static from manmade fabrics. Most items have regular, petite, tall, plus, and maternity sizes. Very inclusive. Quality items at affordable prices. Easy returns. My go-to store for clothing.

Clothes on shelves were unfolded and misplaced鈥攁nd one changing room was literally overflowing with items that needed to be re-folded and re-stocked. Seemed like the store had been slammed the day before, as, in additions to the disarray, they also had no bags.
