Haley Williams: Pros: wide selection including great accessories, friendly staff, dressing rooms.Cons: prices are high, and arbitrary. We had different staff people tell us completely different prices for renting items, it all seems totally made up on the spot. At one point a staffer was whispering a price to us because she said she didn鈥檛 want another customer to hear our quote. I had to agree to a $700 deposit for items that at most might be worth $100. I wish pricing was more transparent - list prices for renting a full outfit, or single items of different types clearly, that way customers don鈥檛 feel they鈥檙e getting cheated.
Marla Bethard Nittler: Best costume shop in California! Great prices and large selection. Best of all the staff was warm and friendly and very knowledgeable about costumes. Got my costume fitted and all accessories to boot!!!

Julia Tolpi: Great customer service! My company needed to rent a costume for an event. After two other places fell through, Natasha's Attic came through at the last minute. Everyone is knowledgeable. They even delivered and picked up the costume. What helped the most is that I could do this from all the way in Louisiana! Also, my team did not have a complaint! Thank you Natasha's Attic!
