Linda Downing (Lindow1): Easy to get to by freeway. Rental cars conveniently located a short shuttle ride away at the terminal. Short or no lines to check bags or security. Charging plugs were not working in the waiting area.

Hemanti Devrukhkar: San Jose International Airport. Easy Access but not big airport. Its two terminal Airport. It serves nearby neighborhood of Silicon Valley.
Scott Seeley: The San Jose airport is the perfect size with non-stop flights to and from yet small enough that check in, security and baggage is a breeze.
Deepak: Entrance to bay area. San Jose got good connectivity with cab and other modes of transportation. Check-in and check out process was very quick within the airport. Car Rental is located opposite to the terminal. Cab pickup spots are marked out the airport terminal for easy pickup. Wish you nice time here.#HappyTravelling

Dan Luedtke: The absence of difficulties and the flexibility of the great people in the SJ freight hub will make me push my supplier to use ABF for all future shipments to me, after having had my fair share of bad logistics experiences with other companies. It could not have been more seamless getting two giant pallets from across the country to their final destination, and the ABF folks have been on schedule on every step in the process and showed great flexibility in splitting up the loading across two days to accommodate for my limited hauling capacity.

He went out of his way to help me track down this freight and follow up with me, and it is much appreciate.

Janelle Adams: I always have the best experience at The Club! Not only are the drinks and snacks wonderful but the customer service is top notch! The facilities are always clean and Roza is such a sweetheart. Make sure to visit while flying in or out of SJC!

Mark Tomczak: Very happy with this space as an opportunity to duck out of the crowds and to get some work done. The space has little one seat pods with fold-out tables that are very comfortable for doing some laptop work.
Valor Metal Works LLC: Club and staff were awesome! Rosa was very kind and a smiling face that was happy to do whatever she could to help me and my group feel at home. We only had a few minutes and the whole staff went out of their way to get us our food quick and say hello while they were at it! I will make a point of stopping in any time I’m passing through San Jose!

They seem to be decently staffed, though there could be more people helping out food wise.Check in was no big issue, but it is departure only.

Alex Ciaraglia: Clean, quick snack stop. Lounge is pretty spacious. Offers lite bites, full bar, soda machine, and coffee machine. Staff were very quick to bring your order. Bathrooms have multiple stalls and a changing table.

Steven: Came here last week for a package pickup. Unbeknownst to me, the item was due for return to sender that same day but Zack went above and beyond to go back into the warehouse and confirm if the driver had picked it up yet. He came back a couple times to check the computer before going back into the warehouse - literally running each time. The man was so invested in ensuring I get my package as long as it was still there and sure enough, he found it! Can’t say thanks enough Zack.
