Gopal Chotani: Our original patio was trellis cum greenhouse plastic cover, it needed replacement but we liked its wood structure, between the house wall and 3 pillars of Roman style. We needed Four Seasons style patio cover, with skylights and ceiling fan. GDM proposed and discussed various options. At the end, they designed and constructed the new patio cover, supported by the original beams and pillars. Their friendly team of professionals delivered what we wanted. We like to thank them for their timely communication and sticking to promise.

Xi Zha: Robert and Vincent helped us organize the build of our sunroom. It takes around 6 months from the beginning. In this process, Robert's crews show their professionality from different aspects. Sheila Mani: Let me start at the very beginning. My husband was diagnosed with a serious health condition that required surgery. This was in October 2019. It was then that we decided to add an additional room downstairs for my husband to rest and recover as he would be unable to climb up and down our stairs. We hired and paid a sunroom contractor to do the job and what followed was nothing short of a nightmare. Long story short, we were deceived and at a loss of over $10K had nothing to show for except a piece of concrete slab. This was in Jan 2020. We filed a case with CASLB which is still ongping. In the interim, my husband's condition deteriorated. Due to COVID-19, the surgery was postponed and we reached out to GDM. Robert responded promptly and we were transparent in our communication about our previous experience and our case filing. We were unsure if anyone in the Bay Area would be even willing to take up someone else's incomplete job which in itself is a risk and liability added to a pending legal claim. But Robert did! From the get go, he and his team were nothing short of perfect professionals. Over the course of 4 weeks what we saw was a meticulous display of an amazing team of hard working and sincere pros who went above and beyond anything that we had ever encountered. They would begin their work promptly at 8:00 am day after day and clean up every single evening without leaving even a small trail of dust or dirt.. they would even vacuum after finishing up at the end of the each day. Every single piece of work was done so cleanly. We even got weekly email updates about the work in progress before we could ask for it and a committed and thorough leader in Robert who would come promptly every morning and evening to supervise and audit the work. He has a dedicated staff for every aspect of the room construction- stuctural, electrical, flooring and each one of them surpassed the other with their professionalism. Our room is ready to move in almost 2 weeks before Robert's scheduled date of delivery. The entire process was so seamless that our experience feels surreal! Thank you Robert for coming through for us. Almost everyone passing by in our neighborhood has been raving about our room. We have recommended and referred them to you and we hope they sign on with GDM. I will be sure to upload photos of our beautiful addition. Stan Chiu: My house is located at the foothill and part of the handrail were collapsing due to water damage. This is not a easy to build deck cause involving the foundation. Ben came and gave me a quotation the second day and other company I contacted they were all busy and never returned to my call. The process went smoothly and Ben always answered my text within hours. His crew Lorenzo was also very helpful and professional to explain and build the deck and the foundation. Their price is fair and their work is fantastic. Without Ben, I know I couldn’t handle the project myself. He gave me the idea of using durable Ipe wood on the post and pressure treated wood to build the foundation and flashing around the edge to prevent water damage to the house. The deck materials I m using is not real wood come with 50 years warranty, without using any nail except on the edge. They were patient enough to build it cause the angle of the deck were hard to calculate. I really appreciate the workmanship and so happy I finally can enjoy the deck.

We re-configured the master bath moving plumbing/electrical and made the shower bigger. They were a great help in making a small bathroom feel larger and lighter and making best use of the space. Our hall bath was a refresher with everything upgraded but kept in the same configuration. The crew was great, arriving on time, staying on schedule, and cleaning up daily. If we needed small tweaks or had questions it was no problem. If we needed assistance with purchasing finishes or finding a vendor, they were happy to help, could be easily contacted, and responded quickly. Great customer service.They provided a written estimate detailing work and materials, proof of insurance and licensing, obtained the city permit, and provided an estimated work schedule and payment schedule. Aaron was the Project Manager and made the whole remodel process seem easy. German and the team were wonderful and did their best to make the process as minimally intrusive in our lives as possible. I will be using their services for future projects.I'm in the middle of a bathroom remodel with Wise Builders, Aaron is my Project Manager. I was dreading the process and have heard so many nightmare stories about it from others. But Wise Builders have been incredible. It has been a fantastic experience. Clear communication, considerate crew, timely arrivals, dedication to the job. All the scary stories people told me are true, BUT not with this group. They pride themselves on being the team that proves it is possible to get it done on time or ahead of schedule, with minimal disruption and no extra fees. Let's take a moment and look at that no additional fees thing. I got quotes from five different places; they are the only ones that didn't make change orders the usual way of doing the work. One price, no change orders. That is incredible and has helped greatly along the way.

We chose Wise Builders and were extremely delighted with our choice. Nathan, our project manager, his foreman, Mauro, and our designer, Roni, were the best. From the first meeting until the final inspection and cleanup every step was done with care. They finished in four weeks on schedule. They treated our house as if it were their own homes. They consulted with us every step of the way to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Although there was dust, they sealed off the two adjoining rooms to keep the dust to a minimum. Shota got me a quote quickly, and when my new windows arrived, his team of highly-experienced window installers removed my old windows and installed the new ones, all within one day! It's not an easy job, but they know exactly how to get it done right. These guys are experts at their craft and I am very pleased with their work.

Craig Norris: Shota was awesome. The hinge on my French door is loose, so the door scrapes. I looked into getting it fixed, but everyone I reached out to said they don't do repairs and wanted to replace the door. So I put out a new request to a number of places for quotes on replacing the door. Shota responded with good questions about the door and made an appointment to come out. When he came, he realized that this is a warranty case for Milgard, called them and got confirmation that they would replace it for free. Anyone else would have just taken the job and sold me a new door. Shota didn't even want money for his time and assistance. He definitely has my business for life!

I felt Lemon was actively partnering with me to make the repair and that they cared that it was done well.• Ease—Jacob handled everything the project needed—scheduling the engineering and architectural plans, securing the permits, scheduling the inspection, and doing the actual work. I didn’t have to do anything. It was so nice to let someone take care of it—and take care of it correctly.• Comfort—I felt Jacob and his team were honest and had my best interests at heart. I was comfortable asking them questions, talking about problems that arose during the project, and having them in my home.• Timeliness—The team was on time and very responsive. They worked every day and finished the project about ten days sooner than I expected.• Cleanliness—The team was surprisingly clean. Digging concrete piers from under the house—in a crawlspace 18 inches high—was loud, dirty, and dusty. They protected the floors and hung plastic barriers to isolate the work space. And, after each day, the team swept up and stacked their tools nicely. Of course there was a garbage pile outside the house during the project, but it was removed within a day of the project being completed. Jacob even planned to have someone come to my house to clean it after the project was done.What initially overwhelmed me turned out to be a positive experience. I’m very happy that I could work with Jacob and the Lemon team and hope to be able to use them again on future projects.

We moved in last year and needed a lot of work done but our top priority was the kitchen and floors. We got some quotes last year but then never did anything with them. We went back through the interview process and after meeting with a couple contractors we landed on Top Home Builders. They provided a fair price and took care of everything start to finish which is what we were looking for. Charlie was very professional and communicated the good, the bad, and the ugly in a way that kept us informed without freaking out. There were some change orders that came up during the process but the house is old and I expected they would find some stuff. I’ve heard nightmare stories about change orders but Top Home Builders was very reasonable and I didn’t feel taken advantage of in the slightest.We worked with their designer who assisted with shopping for all of the finishes and also provided very impressive 3D renderings so we could get a good idea of the final look before work had even started. I didn’t know the first thing about shopping and I don’t have the best eye for design so it was extremely valuable that they provided this service.The crew was great - Clean work, polite, and hardworking. I don’t recall all of their names but a big thanks to everyone involved. Danny was the foreman and he had a very positive, can-do attitude. Charlie visited the project every day, sometimes I’d see him sometimes not but it was nice to know that he was staying on top of the project so that I didn't feel like I had to.We will be calling them back for our many other projects throughout the house. X. Madri: B&B remodeled my guest and master bathrooms after a bad experience with another contractor. We were pleased with the superior standard of workmanship. The good communication with all members of the team. we were assigned Daniel, as our project manager who went above and beyond to assist us when we ran into issues of materials procurement. We were also assigned an assistant project manager and a designer who assisted with all material purchases and questions and helped get them ready before our project started.
