    martha salazar: FIVE stars for DR. COSGROVE she is a very good doctor, she explains everything very well and is very professional and patient. ONE star for the staff which never seems to know what is going on in the office and do not know how to explain themselves on the phone, very fustrating and unprofessional. Very dissatisfied, YES true they do help when you have no medical or are transferring medical but other than that I would not choose them.

I starting looking for clinics that would see her most of them wanted money or give me appointment in a couple of weeks . I stumbled upon this little clinic . It’s wasnt too appealing to me BUT LET ME TELL YOU the staff inside this little clinic are amazing . The assistant who administers the vaccines was fast gentle and she explained everything she was going to do before she did anything . The clinic treated my family with respect and I was done less than a hour . I NOW HAVE A APPOINTMENT for her to get a physical next month for my daughter . But this is even more amazing this tiny clinic Aslo Schedule a appointment for the dentist next week .i can’t express how relieved I am now that my baby is up to on her shots and has a dental appointment next week . Thankyou foothill for helping my daughter get the medical appointments that she needs thankyou so much !

    Jason: I'm terrified of going to the dentist. Phobic. I don't really want people to know this, but I think this review is important if someone else has a similar affliction. The staff, nurses, and dentist were the kindest, gentlest, that I've ever know. I was still very scared, but that was me. Despite this, I have never felt so safe, or cared for, in a dentistry office. They went above and beyond to explain to me what was happening, and what I could expect.

I went to different clinics which they wanted to charge me money I did not have or give me a appointment in a few weeks. I stumbled upon this little clinic that wasn’t too appealing to me BUT LET ME TELL YOU the staff members in this clinic were awesome ! They seen my daughter the same day. The assistant that gave my daughter immunization shots was extremely fast and professional and kind to my children and I . She didn’t criticize or scold or ask a bunch of question on why she was so late on her shots . She gave my baby seven shots and explained everything she was going to do before she did it . My daughter is up to date now and they schedule appointment for a physical exam and dental appointment for her . that’s amazing NOW My baby is going to see a dentist next week really made it a lot easier for me . My son has me super busy on all his medical problems and specialists he has to see I don’t think I would be taking her to dentist so soon BUT LIKE I SAID THIS LITTLE CLINIC IS AWESOME AND THE STAFF IS GREAT . They really are caring and helping . Thankyou foothill community clinic .

From the receptionist, to the nurses to the doctors. I am content when I am there, I am certain they will help if I need them when I am elsewhere.Well done team.

    Carolyn Bowles: Best healthcare experience I have ever had. It was the first time I felt really comfortable and cared for in a doctors office. Dr. Donald E. Golden and the all of the other healthcare staff are amazing. They take the time to learn about you, hear all your concerns and address them, without feeling rushed. This should be the standard for how all healthcare practices are run. Thank you for showing me the treatment I should expect of all my healthcare providers moving forward. Karen at the front desk is also great, she was very helpful in working out issues with my insurance.

    Home Maker: I saw dr. Michelle Brown for ob/gyn related issues. She seems so caring, and I think she is one of the better doctors for Bay Area Community Health Center I been with Bach since August 2023. She listens to my concern too. I saw probably at least 7 different doctors under BACH & 90% of BACH's doctors are very bad. Also, it takes forever to get an appt to see specialists under BACH. I am glad I was able to get a sooner appt than late April appt since that appt was booked back in early March 2024.

    Sam N: I had an appointment this week with member services and have a follow up next week. I really appreciate how helpful everyone one, especially the lady helping us. There was plenty of seating in the waiting area, the bathroom was clean and the clinic itself was neat & organized with everyone on reception being super helpful.
