As a small business, Cosmic Coffee Company does not stock roasted coffee. We keep our coffee fresh by roasting 3 to 4 days a week. Coffees sold at supermarkets sit on the shelves for weeks and even months growing stale and rancid. As consumers we insist on fresh products like fresh milk, eggs, meat, fish, fruits and vegetables. Don’t you deserve freshly roasted coffee beans? Don’t prioritize long-term shelf life over freshness.

Cosmic Coffee Company started in 2009 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Relocated to Santa Clara CA in 2012. All coffees are specialty graded green coffee. We seek out responsibly grown coffees from farmers who care for our mother earth, their communities and the quality not quantity of their coffees.

As a small independently owned business, we believe in paying a living wage to the farmers and our employees. They work incredibly hard in some very harsh conditions. In order for us to succeed we need to make sure they succeed.
