Del Mar High School: what do users think?

Delmar Shepherd: As a recent graduate of this school, I can say that my experience was overwhelmingly positive. The teachers and staff are very supportive for the most part aside from the few that aren't. While a few teachers may have some sass and seem rude, you'll probably find that they are actually good teachers who support their students. If you are or your student is considering working towards the IB diploma, make sure you THINK and FULLY CONSIDER that option. My class was the first to have the IB diploma option and many students had high hopes Junior year applying for IB classes to try for the full IB diploma, but most of them dropped some or all of their IB classes due to high levels of stress. Being an IB diploma candidate will take a whole lot of hard work and dedication as a student, and being able to keep a level head and work diligently under a lot of stress will help immensely. I personally did not go for the whole diploma, so I didn't experience too much stress. I know many people that failed their IB classes, smart and intelligent people that just couldn't keep up with the rigorous courses. If you believe that you/your student is up for the challenge, go for it! If not, feel free to take a few or no IB classes. The main office and Student Services are very nice and helpful. The staff does their best to make sure students are doing good. They even have different counselors to talk to if you ever need emotional or educational help. Sure a lot of students swear and do bad things, but that's just high school. Overall, this school helped me grow and mature from teen to adult the right way, and I would recommend it to students graduating from middle school.

Juliana: My sophomore has had a great experience so far. Teachers are very accessible and communicate with you. Great school.

Kristian Yeager: I had an amazing experience. Some of the best teacher's I'll ever have and amazing classmates.

San José High School: what do users think?

cherie Street: I loved high school

TED BRAZIL: I WENT TO SAN JOSE HIGH FROM 1980-1983 HAD A GREAT TIME I MISS ALL MY TEACHERS AND FRIENDS

Tobias Fa: Right highschool for good people!

Betty Diaz: Best school

Erin Marie: My daughter loves this school. Her teachers are great. The schedule is staggered so the kids switch between blocks of classes every other day, which helps with not having to carry as much, and having time to complete homework. They also have study time daily where they can access any teacher and get extra help. There's also a cool free planner themed for the school that the kids get. My daughter is excited to do her spring project this year as a freshman to get on track for the IB program. Excellent school!

José García: It looks awsome
