F B: I had my first watch repaired with the tech onsite or maybe the owner 10 years ago, anyway until now the watch still in great condition, and today 1/25/2024 I took my Son's gold bracelet to have it fixed I walked in gave him the bracelet 10 minutes later he hand me the bracelet, he soldered it and it looks great you can't even tell. His awesome and definitely I would recommend, and for the fee $ 2 thumbs up, not like the others that I shop around their quotes was $$$ to much for that.
Y&N: for us as well as took off 2x 14k initials from a tiny bezel diamond necklace for us all within 15 min.This is my 3rd time utilizing his quality services. Would always recommend him to everyone. Be sure to call before visiting as sometimes the store is closed without notice, especially during holidays. Pulled into the parking lot and walked into the store first thing I noticed is that there was a jewelers bench and the gentleman working there asked what I needed and I said I need some links taken off of my watch literally took 2 minutes and said that’ll be 7 dollars. Handed him a 20 and told him to keep the change. I just love that there are people still around that know what they are doing and are fair with the services they provide. As long as he is open I am not taking my jewelry or watches anywhere else!
Kevin Wu: An old Asian man named Sam fixed my analog 10 year old fossil watch in 10 minutes for $20. He's kind, seems good at his craft, and transparent. At first he wasn't sure he would be able to fix it, but he did in the end. He's been around for 15 years! Recommend it if you need a watch fixed.

I went in with a Raymond Weil watch that ran out of battery. Less than a year before, I had the battery replaced. I told the owner that and he stated that because the previous watch replace place gave you a cheap battery that doesn't last long. After 2 years, I realized he stated the truth since my watch is still running. Now, it's almost 3 years. On that first visit, I also showed him my stained gold necklace. He also cleaned it out as shiny as he could for free. It think he only charged $10 for the watch battery.
