Stephen Los: Fresh caramel apples made to order!Food: 5/5 …
mangesh betawar: Very good
Levent: The Cotton Candy Ice Cream was overly sweet, but the Vanilla Ice Cream was great. Friendly customer service, however the place was kinda unorganized
Liyon Smith: seemed really happy to get it for me when I asked. Not sure why it's set aside, maybe it's an acquired taste? If so you should acquire it. It's somehow rich and light at the same time, not too sweet, and melts in your mouth. Yum 😋
Michelle Visco: Lovely chocolate covered strawberries for my friends birthday. They even threw in a few extra to make it extra special. Thank you. 💜
Nora Kurian: Such a huge variety of chocolates, $6 shakes and ice cream that is customizable! Add a kind old man behind the store and you find a memorable, quaint pitstop smack in middle of busy downtown after your broadway shows or improv nights. Thank you for the complimentary strawberries for my toddler ❤️
Robert Mordinoia Jr: Friendly people and delicious. Not to be missed!
Javier Gonzalez: excellent! Chocolate shake and pistachio ice cream were just great.

prajna n: Royce NAMA chocolates are the best ones, it’s bit expensive side but we don’t regret since we love every bit of those rich delicious chocolaty treats once in a while.
Jem Le: The matcha truffle tastes amazing! It is just the price doesn't sit well in my stomach. Once in a looong while kinda treat.
kathleen LD: Delicious!! The Christmas cookies!
Dannivel David: Love this chocolate ❤️❤️
JULIA GUAN: Friendly staff and good quality
Ed Yu: and the one without liquor. The difference is so slight that if they run out of one, take the other one. Japanese chocolate usually doesn't have high cacao % as 60% for them is considered high but due to the way Nama chocolate is consumed and the extra bitterness from the liquor I'm ok with the lower %.
Alexis Greene: All kinds of chocolates are available here. I always go to this chocolate shop because they sell it very affordably whenever I crave chocolates. The staff is very responsive and keeps the store so organized and clean. Highly recommended!
Jacy Belknap: The texture of all their chocolate plus the richness is a heavenly Combo! My new favorite Chocolate choice by far.
Rebeca Go: We love Royce chocolate! I agree is among the best in the world! we always get a few boxes whenever we find locations and they’re always the same quality and carefully wrapped.
Dude: In A Nutshell:-Royce Chocolate from Hokkaido, Japan is hands-down the best in the world.-This location opened up in Nov. 2020.-The first time I tried this chocolate was during one of my trips to Tokyo at the Narita Airport.-The Bay Area is so lucky to have this so close since it's very hard to find.-The prices aren't bad either at $18 a package.Overall, if you love chocolate, grab some Royce!

Olivia Smith: Very cute shop with lovey assortment of Gifts
Karen: This candy is delicious! Much better then see's.and the truffles 😱 OMGOODNESS YUMMY must try!!!
C B: I came here to give a 5 star review because this little shop seems so tucked away, but I’m surprised it’s got quite a few reviews already at 4.8 stars! That’s so rare and well deserved! The great personalized experience and yummy chocolates! The lady of the store is so pleasant and helpful and adds so much charm to the experience. She also goes beyond her work role to be a good “neighbor” - it really adds to the community of the plaza. It was my first time walking in and she was helping a man who had been in several times and I heard how she helped him. She also was giving out a sample chocolate the day I walked in 😋They have a great assortment of goodies and even some on clearance when I was there 😁. The quality is better than see’s and they actually tell you what’s in the box 😁.
Shauna Lacoste: I got a small box of dark chocolate truffles, and I had hoped there would be a few different flavors in the box, but they were all just plain dark chocolate. That said, they were very tasty, and I guess nothing on the package indicated that there was any variety, so it's my own mistake.
Indo Mex: We just found Lula’s after doing a search for chocolate retailers nearby and purchased a box of all milk chocolates, tulip shape white chocolate, chocolate sticks , dark chocolate and caramel. I have to say the chocolates are delicious and the best I’ve ever had full of a rich milk chocolate flavor. I normally don’t like dark chocolate, but this dark chocolate was great. Also, the young lady who helped us in the store was super helpful and very kind.
jaymie cc: I'm in chocolate heaven, a family own corporation filled with a variety of exquisite high quality chocolates. The owner was very nice. She gave me a brief history on how their business was founded, the values and key events that shaped their company. We also watched a clip of manufacture chocolate together. It was fun to watch , a lot of interesting stuff I never knew.I tried their truffle collection and it was perfect; rich, smooth, and velvety on the tongue, added cocoa powder on the outside is a great touch. I must say these are the most perfect Truffles I've ever had, and makes a great gift for the holiday.
TL Cady: Best Salted Caramels I've ever had
Greg Thiesen: Lula's chocolates are smoth and silky and you can tell the master chocolater know what they are doing. Staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. They offer samples and this is what will get you to make a purchase. Definitely worth the stop and visit.
Patrick T. Hoffman: Delicious chocolate
Long Ng: One of the best chocolate I have tasted in the town. Nice collections box and yummy!
Eunah Cho: Wine Truffles are amazing!
Mandiee Leaver: Delicious! A bit expensive, but yummy!
Kate Kryshniova: I will definitely take it to my friends outside CA as a souvenir.
Brandon Anderson: was beyond helpful. I was very impressed at how detailed and informative her answers to my questions were. Basically, I wanted a large box of buttercreams, but those are only available online and in-store during the holiday seasons. However, she went through the detailed process of explaining what I could expect from the different options available in the store, and which ones would give me the most buttercreams, which I greatly appreciated. She truly understands her company and their products. This girl truly understands customer service!!!! Whatever they’re paying her, it isn’t enough! Too bad I neglected to ask her name. Also, do yourself a favor and try the buttercreams! Lula’s makes the absolute best buttercreams. See’s doesn’t even compare.
Sam K: Very good chocolate even though it’s expensive . The sampler box and taffe
Jesse Wang: Favorite boutique chocolate shop in the area. I always come here to purchase goodies on special occasions. The price is higher than other places but the quality is fantastic.

John Bradford: Phenomenal and enjoyable experience visiting this shop and talking to the proprietor. He offered an incredible amount of time and information on the process and characteristics. Delicious and memorable!
Vaish “Siso” C: We came across this place while walking in downtown Palo Alto. It's one of the best fine chocolates in bay area. They've free tasting and we got to try the hot chocolate. If you're a chocolate lover, this is a place for you! Just cocoa beans and you've an amazing chocolate.
Jerry Morrison: Fantastic chocolate! I love 100% dark when it's properly made from great beans for max flavor without being bitter. Very few chocolate makers can pull it off, and right here in town we have Alegio doing it best.If you're wondering about Cd and Pb, their chocolate tested with low levels. That should remain true since the beans come from their own plantation.
stacey bellis: in your mouth. Highly recommend.
Jaqui Walters: The chocolate is amazing, it will change your mind about dark chocolate. Do the tasting if you can! I've been twice and will go more.
joanna schloss: Best chocolate in Palo Alto, single origin, clean and delicious chocolate. If you love chocolate you have to give them a try.
Jon Harvey: Highly specialized imported Italian chocolate you cannot find anywhere else locally

Uxar: Excellent traditional and Italian ice creams, homemade chocolate shop, indoor table, calm.
Katharina Knauder: Nice little coffee shop with delicious ice cream!
Amirreza Farnoosh: We got cappuccino with oat milk. The coffee taste was dominated by the oat milk flavor. I’d rather a stronger coffee taste. This place seems to be more of a chocolate shop. They also have vegan ice cream.
Raghav Ayyamani: Love the gelato here. Pistachio and vanilla are must try. Pet friendly. They also serve coffee from barefoot roasters . Friendly staff and located at one of campbells farmers market .
Anurag Sethi: Ice cream alone is worth it!!
Sofya Smirnov: Look forward to continuing support!
Anna O: Very tasty coffee
Danielle Ourada: We come here almost every week during the farmers market. They have pretty good coffee and cappachino. I have had their drinking chocolate which was creamy and not too sweet. We have yet to have their chocolates which always look delicious and would be great for a gift
