Lisa Chi: . It was determined that the reasons were due to poor egg quality and chromosomal abnormalities. . Based on this motivation and the fact that most IVF clinics also recommend acupuncture to increase the success rate of IVF treatment, I started looking for a more suitable Chinese medicine practitioner. After the consultation, Dr. Guo suggested that I undergo acupuncture twice a week combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Two and a half months later, I had my second test tube test. I was very surprised that the number of follicles tripled. The 6 blastocysts still failed the PGTA test, but I saw clear progress and hope and decided to continue my third IVF treatment.None of the Chinese medicine practitioners or acupuncturists I have seen before were as careful and gentle as Dr. Guo when administering the needles. Dr. Guo carefully diagnoses the pulse every time and applies acupuncture to the patient. He holds his breath and concentrates when administering the acupuncture. These are details that many other Chinese medicine practitioners in the Bay Area ignore.Based on my own experience, friends who have entered IVF treatment have already endured a lot of psychological and financial pressure. IVF treatment only increases the chance of pregnancy but cannot guarantee 100% success. Dr. Guo gave me the best advice during my IVF treatment. Many very practical suggestions and guidance also cleared up a lot of my doubts. If you have egg quality problems like me, you can consider Dr. Guo for consultation and further treatment.
Allison Walewski: Dr. Kwok is truly amazing. I came to her after 8 months of trying to conceive. She told me during my first couple of visits it would take around 3 months of acupuncture to see results and what do you know, that third month, I fell pregnant! I highly recommend going with the herbal tea she would prescribe you. The first two months I did not do it but decided in the third month to try it and really feel that was one of the reasons I fell pregnant. I continued to see her once a week after falling pregnant and I really do think that is the reason my pregnancy has been so easy with no morning sickness, pains or food aversions. I can't recommend her highly enough and how Chinese medicine can truly help the body!

Tee Elle: Dr. Kwok is wonderful and someone I feel honored to be around. I came to her with AMH of .0007, FSH of 21, and estradiol at 104 on cycle day 2. IVF may not have been an option and even though I found someone to do it, he was not confident in success. I suffered from chronic pancreatitis, liver inflammation, and intestinal infection for 3 years and when it resolved I only had 4 eggs in my left ovary. In just 3 months with Dr. Kwok, I have conceived, my hormone levels have improved, and my egg count tripled. I have been told over and over my only option to be a mother is adoption or egg donor. vrushali more: Dr Kwok is a miracle worker in my opinion. I came to her for IVF support after a failed transfer. My first transfer failed in spite of having a high quality embryo. I began to doubt that something in my body was not functioning right and my OB gynac could not find anything wrong with me. I was determined to try something different going forward and reached out to Dr Kwok after reading her reviews. I must say all those reviews are so true and accurate. Dr Kwok recommended I see her a few weeks before my next transfer as pre transfer care can bring positive effects. I wanted to ensure my body is functioning at its best for the next cycle and I am so glad I followed her advise. Her acupuncture sessions have enabled me to bring a positive outcome so far and I continue to see her twice weekly for acupuncture support. As a registered nurse working in health I find Dr. Kwok as highly professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I will say, the herbs didn’t taste like candy but I was willing to hang in there for the end result and I’m sure glad I did. dyytan: I highly recommend Dr. Kwok. She's amazingly patient and she's very thorough. My husband and I came to see Dr. Kwok for fertility treatment. Although both of us are in good health, we had our share of fertility issues. I am turning 41 and my husband had a vasectomy/reversal. Before we came to see Dr. Kwok, we went through 4 IUI and 2 IVF with no success. After the 2nd round of IVF, the side effects of the drugs caused me to have hair loss, irregular menstruation cycles, bloating, and poor quality sleep. Although our fertility physician urged us to try again, we knew my body needs a break. We decided to try homeopathic treatment. We found Dr. Kwok through web search. Dr. Kwok uses acupuncture, herbal treatment, and she suggested life style changes. She suggested we shouldn't try to conceive right way. Instead, we should focus on becoming healthier. We have been under her care for a little over two months now. My difference is very noticeable. I slept better. My menstruation cycles are becoming more regular and my hair regained some volume. My husband's recent sperm analysis shows significant improvement too. We are very please with the results. Hopefully we will have good news soon.
