Freddy Ben-Zeev: I had a big problem - over the last ten years birds would nest every spring on my chimney and the fireplace was full of birds droppings. The Chimney Clean Company first installed a cap on the chimney to prevent any future unwanted "visitors". In a second visit they cleaned up the fireplace. I paid somewhat more because of the state it was in - but it was still reasonable, and now it looks like new.
