Michelle Tsang: I went here for a friends birthday dinner. Our server Robert was so friendly and such a good host. He really made us feel welcome and celebrated our friend well. The food was also great! One person in our party did not end up ordering food, but some clam chowder was brought out on the house. Thanks for the incredibly welcoming experience!

This is not on the menu. They made it special for me. I was in heaven. They have an incredible simply-made fillet of sole and cooked it to perfection, melt in your mouth. I had it with beans, rice and lettuce. It was 5 stars. I will be back for this again and again. The next time I came I tried the beef. It was so tough and I am talking gristle here. I don't recommend it. The hibiscus drink is light and cooling. Highly recommend trying it. If you are looking for a quiet date romantic night, forget it. It's a loud bar sort of place if you come after 7:00 in the evening. Think diner. If you are in a hurry, forget it. The service is the best they can do but with one cook and one server and multiply by many customers, expect a wait. Best time to go is 5:30- 6:30. The crowd starts at 7:00 and we get fast service by going early at 5;30.Fridays and weekends expect a wait for a table if you come after 6:30/7:00 Homemade tortillas warm from the grill alone make this a dinning treat.
Salvadoran revuela pupusas are THE best we have had, chicharron was crispy and pupusa was lightly toasted NOT at all greasy as other places. Tried Honduran pork tamale in banana leaf and was wonderful too. Passion fruit (maracuya) agua fresca was delicious too!
As authentic Catracho food as you can get, this far away from Honduras. Awesome service, great people, and you'll always be welcome for more!

Marsha 909: Truly great. The food was so flavorful and special. It was food that you would be familiar with like a tamale or a fajita but made with authentic ingredients and according to oaxacan tradition and technique. The tamale was steamed in a banana leaf giving it a fragrant quality that you don't get from the corn husk. And the mole served with it was incredibly flavorful.

Luis Aguilar: I had a craving for an Aguachile, and I knew this was the right place to get one. Highly recommended for its great environment and great food. It didn't disappoint! The Aguachile with the green sauce was insanely great! Spicy and delicious. The shrimp was just right, but the sauce! OMG, it was so hot, and yet I couldn't stop. Definitely go here for some Mariscos if you want a great environment and great food.

If you're a messy eater like me, I would reccomend that you ask them to put the torta on a bigger plate.Lots of college kids go here, for good reason. Parking can be pretty rough on a busy day. Andrew Lutz: . The cilantro/jalapeño salad dressing was very good, the italian was not great. The alambre was fantastic and all the fixings were good quality! Unfortunately the carnitas were awfully dry, I would not recommend them. Other than that, we had an overall great experience and will be returning. $50 for two people, but with very large portions alongside plentiful chips and salsa, we got our money's worth.
