Keisha Renee: Honestly I love this final resting place for my mother . But I must now speak m mind as a matter has been repeated. Mother’s Day May 12,2024 7:30 pm the Memorial Park was closed , which mad me very sad being unable to leave flowers for my mother . Previously in 2019 the hours of operation was sunrise to sunset. I just wanted to bring this to the attention of management to maybe inform by email, text of any changes in hours or closed days for convenience of everyone . I will show photos below.

He helped us pick a grave site and coordinated burial services for our loved one, my husband. Erron is knowledgeable, very patient and treated us with respect. He is thorough with details and handled everything with sensitivity and care. Thank you Erron. It is comforting to know that our loved one is resting in such a serene and beautiful place in Legacy Garden of Life.

I initially spoke with Dana, who started me off on my search in a very positive and informed way. She arranged for me to speak with David George, who called me back, as she said he would, to answer my questions. Not only did he intelligently and pleasantly answer my questions, but he gave me answers for questions I didn't know to ask and saved me from the frustration of following needless dead ends. Dandelion: Two of my favorite people were buried there. Been visiting once a year for the past 11 years. The park was peaceful and well-maintained. Staff were polite and respectful. Funeral service was organized. A sad but spiritually transforming place...

Overall, I had a great experience with Oak Hill. From the first phone call, the entire team at Oak Hill was very professional and kind. I liked that my Super Mom wouldn't be moved around to different facilities because the care center and crematorium are located on the same site. Haley, who is another funeral arranger, stepped in and assisted when my schedule was outside of Gretchen's hours, and I was surprised by her professionalism and level of caring as well. Gretchen and the staff at Oak Hill put a lot of love into their work. I would recommend this team to anyone. They are simply the best. In my time of loss, they were truly there to help support me through my grief while assisting me to plan the best service possible to celebrate the amazing and extraordinary life of my Super Mom. Veronica Keller: This review is specifically for Lavana Jenkins in her current capacity as a Funeral Director and as a human being. The truth is we were misinformed by others and it caused an overwhelming amount of stress and anxiety on top of our recent loss. As soon as Lavana Jenkins stepped in to help, things w/ Oak Hill took a completely different turn for the better. She made the difference and prevented us from having to possibly consider legal action to protect our pre planned contract terms. Her calm, respectful and patient demeanor -her soft skills- were exactly what we needed. And coupled with her extensive education from her own personal family business background w/ funeral homes and her education as a Funeral Director and a mortician...and her aspirations to further her education even more, enabled her to give us nothing but the best service possible. She identified the miscommunication, acknowledged it, was not defensive, explained why or how miscommunication transpired and she took the time to right the wrongs herself. My mom and I felt she was in total control the whole time and very compassionate and kind which really matters in this industry. Working w/ Lavana, I actually felt happy and forgot about the deeply sorrowful grief of my Dad passing just a week before. She kept it professional and compassionate. She also was there for us with some follow up questions and answers and I can tell she is an extremely busy, highly needed person but she reached out to me directly after our meeting for info. I needed. Lavana Jenkins as a person and a professional is a high quality person, educated, kind and has all the makings of a very reputable leader in that industry. She made a corporation like Dignity/Oak Hill feel like a personalized, one on one, intimate family funeral parlor. She was the answer to our prayers and good luck to Oak Hill if she ever leaves-she deserves a huge monetary raise.... jus sayin! Thank you, Lavana.

Namgeol Lee: I believe Sacred Space Memorial is the best funeral company. I contacted several funeral companies to prepare for the funeral and there was a huge company among them. Sacred Space Memorial wasn't a huge company, but all the team members were able to move organically and meet everything customers wanted, such as the date and time. They grieved, comforted, and provided tremendous service together, just like family members. Also they provided live-streaming for people who cannot join the funeral. I assure you, Sacred Space Memorial is the best company.
d p: I’ve been unfortunate to experience deaths in my family and having gone this process with Oak Hill with my mother over 3 years ago and now with my brother I will have to say Sacred Space have done a much thorough job compared to Oak Hill. They were sensitive to my situation and help me through this tough time.
E Kim: Originally, I almost went with another funeral home. However, I wasn’t happy about the canceled meetings and rescheduling on their end while my dad was in sitting in the hospital morgue. I started a new search and stumbled across Sacred Space. After speaking with the funeral director Barry, I cannot believe how quickly he worked via email to get my dad’s remains picked up. Not only that, the cost was inexpensive compared to Oak Hill and other places. I chose to forgo few services to cut costs to fit my budget more. The ongoing efforts from pickup to the end of funeral services was all greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this business for anyone who has lost a loved one. You’ll be in good hands!
Naren Kunhody: Barry from Sacred Space Funeral called us back within 10 mins and helped arrange for embalming, viewing, transport to cremation, ash transport to India along with all required paper-work. He understood all the requirements of the Hindu ritual and gave us time for the final rites at the crematorium. They took extra care in understanding how the saree should be used on our dear mom. Would highly recommend Sacred Space for taking care of final arrangements of your loved ones. Barry and his team were very understanding, answering calls anytime - round the clock.

E M: my mom would walk my brother and I to her x husband's gravesite which is my brother's father's grave and we were able to visit the cemetery so often because we lived just a block away. In between these years many more loved ones were also laid here to rest untill recently now my mom just 5 days before my mom's 1 year death anniversary my husband Joe died . My dad passed 3 months after I learned who he was but he is in the Sea. Such a short time to have with him but grateful for it. I'm thankful for everyone God has blessed me with I have faith we will be together in Paradise besides living in this cemetery together even before the final destination. Ok my sad story is over got carried away there. Oh one more thing about this cemetery, my husband Joe worked here for 5 years I believe great place to work! then transfered to Santa Clara University . Thank you, Elizabeth Parrish Silveira
Mary Carr: Nice quiet place to come and visit with my Mom. I went a few weeks ago after not being there in years only to find there was no vase at her crypt. There were some nice groundskeepers that were able to get me a vase so I could put flowers for my Mom

Sara Mendoza: My experience with burying my mother was pleasant. The sun of money to rent the chapel for an hour I found to be most outrageous honestly. Everything else worked out well.

Karen Hutchinson: Aileene and the staff did a wonderful job during a very difficult time for our family. Our dad had bought a plot next to our mom decades ago and we had no paperwork to show for it. But it was absolutely no problem for the GOH team and the entire process was smooth, caring and professional. It doesn't hurt that the property is beautiful and very well maintained.
Viv: My Great Grandmother, grandma and dad are buried here. I love this cemetery we are not catholic but this place brings peace every time we visit them. It’s always so clean and one of the most beautiful places I have seen.
Milan Perales: This place visually is one of the prettiest cemeteries I've ever been to, like the columbarium in Piedmont it's view don't even come close. It's true that the headstones and the grave sites in Piedmont are beautiful, ornate, and very detailed. Not many places could rival Piedmont in that area, I thought the same could be said for the views, guess not Gates of Heaven threw their hat in. It was so peaceful and immediately my anxiety was gone and I was left with calm contentment and a smile on my face. Everywhere u looked the view was amazing, the grounds were meticulously maintained, you could tell people took pride in their place of work. All the vegetation was green, growing, and happy and the same could be said for all the wild life. Just peaceful interactions between both and the animals added extra magic to it all as well.

Erica Chuvichien: This is a very beautiful cemetary that has many different parts. Its lush grounds are gorgeous. The water fountains are lovely!

I had the opportunity to work with Christy at Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel for services for the sudden passing of my husband. I greatly appreciate the empathy and patience Christy had shown to my family and I as she explained all that they had to offer. I told her what it was that I wanted and she reassured me that she could do what I envisioned. I was a little nervous about how my husband would look when we got to see him one last time. But Lima did an amazing job, he looked like himself. He just looked like he was peacefully sleeping. I am immensely grateful for them giving me him looking peacefully sleeping as my last image of him before I said my final goodbye. I was so happy with the care I received from Christy and everyone at Lima Family that I have just recently made pre-arrangements with them. Just to ensure that my son and family receive the same care I received.

David Tabora: The team here helped us have a beautiful and private celebration of life. The hall was large and comfortable with an area outside to comfortably provide food and drink for guests. There was free and abundant parking in their private lot in a nice part of town. They had the technology for music and a slide show and mics and a podium for speakers. They also helped us with small items such as an online interactive obituary, a guest book, token cards, and directions at the cemetery. The staff during the actual day of the burial was very knowledgeable and guided us on how to give the best presentation. Christie was eager to listen to our story and worked closely with us to troubleshoot things. We are very happy with the great send-off for mom.

BetzBookkeeping: Lima Family Erikson has been around as long as I have. They have always been a trusted source for taking care of a loved ones passing. They are gracious and caring and are not high pressure salespeople. They are accommodating to a families individual needs. You will walk away with a feeling of contentment after everything is done. I highly recommend Lima Family Erikson. And, a big shout out for Wren. She was amazing thru the whole process. We actually had crazy fun planning my dads services and internment. Wren and Gisele were amazing. Last minute item almost forgotten.... so I call Wren and tell her OMG! I forgot socks and shoes! My dad would be very unhappy if he wasn't dressed properly. They made it happen. The only reason we didn't do the catering there, was size and spreading the wealth so to speak. We elected to have it at the church he attended. I also brought in an old family friend to do the catering. We had live music played by my fathers musician's groups. I couldn't be more grateful 🙏🏼 for all the help we received from Lima Erikson.
