The staff is amazing and very friendly, the facility is very clean and always kept sanitary. I've found that Lexi really loves going there and I've used them for day-care, boarding and their grooming. Always very professional. Cost is better than competitive. The staff really, truly loves dogs and cats. They treat them as their own and develop a bond which is really important. They take the time to know the dogs temperament, character and needs, for me, this really highlights their desire to make the dogs as much as a client as I am. I highly recommend them.

The groomers are also able to trim her nails successfully even though she hates it. Recently they’ve started posting pics of the pets on their instagram and I LOVE it! You can tell their staff really loves the animals.

My husband called them frantically on a Friday evening and they were gracious enough to stay open an extra 30 minutes to take our dog in. We were also allowed to drop our dog off and pick him up whenever we could, so he stayed a total of 4 nights. tarynkraus: We boarded our insanely energetic puppy, Dot, and very anxious senior dog, Rosie, with Springdale. We’ve always used Rover and have had a few bad experiences but I was still apprehensive about boarding our dogs at a kennel. As soon as we arrived I felt at ease and knew they were going to be safe. The pups have a large, shaded, enclosed play area that a bunch of dogs were playing in when we pulled up. The gal who checked us in was so friendly and made me feel like our dogs were going to be well taken care of. It feels like a Vet office and there was an intake process where we told them about Dot and Rosie.What made the biggest difference for us was when we picked them up. Firstly, we were late getting in and the same gal who checked us in stayed an extra half hour so we could pick them up right from the airport. I could have cried I was so relieved, I didn’t want to go another day without our dogs. She should get a raise. Springdale was also $420 CHEAPER than Rover for the same number of days. I had always thought kennels would be way more expensive.Our senior dog typically loses weight if she’s away from home but when we picked her up from Springdale she hadn’t lost a pound. I know she was at ease enough she was able to eat regularly, which made me feel so much better. Dot was smiling, covered in dirt, and stunk like dog so we know she had a blast with her new friends. As soon as we were home Dot and Rosie instantly relaxed like they had never been away. AND Rosie has a cherry eye that pops in and out. It popped back in the morning after we picked them up! We will use Springdale as long as they stay open and I would highly recommend them to anyone who are anxious dog parents like us.

Anthony Giudice: The staff is lovely. The facility is spotlessly clean. Immaculate is a good way to describe it. There was no smell despite the number of cats. And, no dogs! Marissa was well versed in handling the cats as a former vet tech. That made me feel great about my cats needing oral meds.

Rachel Fong: We just tried out The Kitty Hotel. I hate having to leave our indoor/outdoor cat in kennels when we travel but it is just not safe for him to be outside all the time. The Kitty Hotel is AMAZING! You can tell the staff loves what they do and cares for each individual cat and their needs. The cages are way bigger than Wagly was. The best part, there are only cats. We ended up only being gone for 10 days vs 11. I was okay paying for the extra day we reserved but I wasn’t charged. In fact, I was only charged 9 days. Not sure how that works, maybe pick up and drop off days are 1?, well they are amazing.
