I usually knew what I wanted and would sometimes even bring in systems that I have purchased already for installation only. I've also had systems uninstalled on cars I was selling . this past week I went there with the hopes of installing a powered sub into my vehicle. I didn't know what I really wanted and they helped me decide and did an amazing job with the installation. "I did want anything too permanent " I don't typically write reviews, but I honestly feel they went above and beyond to take care of me and show me awesome customer service. i also caught a sub that was on a weekly special so the price was awesome!!! Rubin Kwon: Sunny's family business is going 30+ years strong for a reason. I was looking for a new head unit to replace my OEM radio that was outdated in my RAV4. From the time I emailed them, the entire process was flawless and so easy. Sunny provided me a few different options and also provided his personal insights on each product based on budget.I asked to also replace the speakers but rather than upselling me new speakers he recommended me to first listen to the audio quality after the new head unit was replaced since it would sound much better and it did due to the increased power. He also wired the OEM backup camera to the new head unit for me.When I got there for my appointment, Sunny was thorough in the entire process. Showed me all the parts, it's functions, and walked me how to use the head unit after the installation.I appreciate the level of transparency and honesty that Sunny provided and his team did an amazing job with the Installation. If you're trying to get your car audio updated don't waste your time researching and trust in Sunny. The reviews here are true!!

K Kumar: I got a Rockford Fosgate Punch P300-10 subwoofer installed here for my 2007 Lexus IS350. They did an amazing job with the install and it sounds so good. This is my first time having a subwoofer in a car and I'm so happy with the outcome.At first I had bought new door speakers as well, but they were 2-way and my car has a 3-way system. Guru advised I do not change my door speakers as they are clear with the car's bass turned down, and to just install the subwoofer and have all the bass come from the subwoofer instead of the car's speakers. I'm so happy I went with this idea. It really shows Guru and his son have the experience in the car audio industry and saved me money.I highly recommend this place, for not only installs, but for buying equipment as well. They have a huge variety of inventory.

While at the store I had many questions and Bashir was very knowledgeable and quick to answer all of them and provided insightful recommendations based upon his experience, my budget, vehicle, and application. I asked him so many questions that we spent about an hour and a half testing the demo units, discussing pricing, equipment, setup, etc. Bashir was so friendly and took the time out to help me that I convinced myself to purchase from him instead of going online - I later found out that his pricing is cheaper than online

Always taking the time to listen to exactly what I wanted out of the system and recommending what is needed to get there. If you call try to get a hold of VINCENT. He does an amazing job and is a super cool dude to talk to. This place is very reliable and they don’t have ridiculous prices either for the work they do. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who needs any car sound needs.
Karen Fillmore: A new navigation system and back up camera installed in my 2010 Honda Accord. Vincent was fast same day complete. I had some questions about the new system, and I went back. Vincent and Dad both took the time from what they were working on to show me how best to operate the nav so I could understand how to activate maps and my favorite Songs. I give a thumbs up and would highly recommend this company.
Don N: The installer is very methodical and patient to find the root cause of the problem. He also explained the alternatives if I would need modifications. We ordered a unit on Amazon and brought it to the shop. The total cost was $250 for labor and $30 for a required part that the unit did not come with. There is another shop in Fremont offering this same service and they are charging $595 for labor or $790 if you buy the part from them, it shouldn’t even be a comparison, you will be much better off going to raj and his team for car installations.

I had a problem with my stereo in my 2008 Toyota Tundra Crew Cab, I called Eric after work but he was closed already but still answer my phone call right away he told me that he was willing to meet me at his shop to take a look. Had I listened to the sales guys at California Audio I would've ruined a brand new amp and speaker system...which they listed at 10k. Grant Talarico: Brought my car back because when they installed the camera the plug was damaged somehow while the cord was fished through the car. I had gotten a replacement from the manufacturer under warranty and Custom Car Audio had no issues replacing the cord even though it was installed over 1 year ago. I couldn't make it back for 9 months due to Covid-19. Only problem was the manufacturer sent me the wrong cord. Instead of leaving me with a non-functional dashcam he installed the cord I was sent so it runs only when the engine is on now, but let me decide how I wanted to proceed at a later date.
