Liyon Smith: seemed really happy to get it for me when I asked. Not sure why it's set aside, maybe it's an acquired taste? If so you should acquire it. It's somehow rich and light at the same time, not too sweet, and melts in your mouth. Yum 😋

Ally Lin: This is the luxurious treat you buy for others who would never buy such a splurge, with the total price being okay but the item itself being expensive for what it is, like a $10 hand sanitizer or a $30 candle.This store is located in Santana Row. It used to be located next to Sephora but has moved to a smaller space on the Row. They have samples unlike other third-party retailers that carry them obviously.The packaging can't be beat. Please refer to my Halloween Sugarfina advent calender. I love how there are boxes for different occasions, like graduation. You can mix and match the plastic cubes for some of the boxes like the treasure chest type ones. Separately, they are also fitting for occasions like bridesmaid ask boxes.I think most of the gummies are great, particularly the alcoholic and sour ones. The chocolates are good but usually nothing special. The olive ones look nice though.

They also have a lot of other fun and interesting flavors.The price range is on the high end part, around $8.95/box. The overall Tiffany blue packaging and the small acrylic box really create the high quality feeling.

Ed Yu: and the one without liquor. The difference is so slight that if they run out of one, take the other one. Japanese chocolate usually doesn't have high cacao % as 60% for them is considered high but due to the way Nama chocolate is consumed and the extra bitterness from the liquor I'm ok with the lower %.

Dude: In A Nutshell:-Royce Chocolate from Hokkaido, Japan is hands-down the best in the world.-This location opened up in Nov. 2020.-The first time I tried this chocolate was during one of my trips to Tokyo at the Narita Airport.-The Bay Area is so lucky to have this so close since it's very hard to find.-The prices aren't bad either at $18 a package.Overall, if you love chocolate, grab some Royce!
