Orlando V. Perrotta: site where disgusting. They had not been change or emptied since April 2024 and it is now June. They where so full that waste was already almost to the top of the toilets. The permanent bathrooms away from our site were pretty decent and nice but, you would have to drive there if you really needed to go.
naga sar: Great for hiking but scary to drive up there.Playground: Lots of trails for hiking.Restrooms: Restrooms very clean đ.Dog-friendliness: Yes dogs đ welcome.Picnic area: Many picnic places.
Qingli Ma: Great place for hiking and camping! There is no T-Mobile signal, butt there is free WiFi at the entrance of the park.
devika apte: Weird elevation, had a bit of motion sickness
Becky Roberts: Dog-friendliness: Lots of dogs and their owners and lots of space. The only not dog-friendly thing is the long grass/foxtails.
Benedict Pedro: Outstanding park for hiking, off-road biking, camping, and picnicking. Rangers have been friendly, and the trails are well marked and maintained.2024 update: The trail intersections now have numbers that correspond to what shows up on the map. Huge improvement!
L MG: One of the most beautiful parks in the Bay Area, excellent trails and great encounters with wild life. Especially now after the rains, all wildflowers are going to make the park even more special.
Matty B: Your first real good look at Mt. Hamilton. If you walk over to Quimby Road, you can get a really nice view.
Lois Truelove: Wonderful place for hiking and wildlife watching.Got to see deer and rabbit in the morning. All kinds of birds.Restrooms: They have showers that you don't have to feed quartersDog-friendliness: Keep on leash
Tyler Parris: Great hike I took on a Saturday morning! Beautiful views of Mt Hamilton & some gorgeous lakes with wildlife all around.

Angel Meza: Nice clean place to stay
Binh âdon't be evilâ Lam: It was nice and safe staying here. Not sure about facilities since I didn't use any
Rob Goodson: trailer park in the area. Still a waiting list and no drop in spots for years now. Family friendly, diverse and really good people here. Kept clean, well maintained and no favoritism for certain people like most parks have. Yeah, a list to get in, and not in the best section of San Jose,
Wendy Cranmer: nice clean quiet park
Dirk Hill: This is a nice quiet RV park. Most of the residents appear to be traveling tradespeople. The pool doesn't get a lot of use as most of the residents try to work on the weekends. It is relatively expensive but, then, all forms of lodging in the Santa Clara Valley are expensive.đ
Tracey Crackel: . Us tenants keep walking around saying how happy we are!Original post Jan 2022 at 2 stars:The park is very nice and the neighbors too but the newest manager is really NOT nice! No management experience and it shows. Very confrontational when itâs definitely not needed; yelling and swearing at all the tenants. Lots of open spaces now. Used to have a waitlist.
Patrice J. Ray: The old manager was great, he seemed very eager to help me move in, and very helpful to make sure everything went smooth. However Iâve heard that he is no longer there, and that the new manager is horrible. So sad to hear that.
G G: We have experienced a very warm welcome from the manager and the maintenance guys. They really care about the residents. The facility it kept in excellent condition. Thanks to the manager Martin. Our new neighbors are very friendly, and they have jumped in to help us. We are new RV / tiny home residents here, we can say if your looking for a clean, safe, friendly and caring RV community this park is a two thumbs up..
Jose Meza: I live here for over a year i love this place is nice, clean neighbors are nice if you looking for a long term this is the right place the manager is very nice respectful person and the maintenance guy always keeps the park in good shape thanks trailer tel.
Jivoni Jordan: inside the park is a totally different world. Clean safe quiet. management is one of the best I have every experience.
Ignacio Sepulveda: Well
Subrina Sams: Nice RV park. Big sites. Sheds provided behind rvs. Power is on the ground which was a little difficult. Was in town on business and hope if we are ever in the area again we can stay here again!! Mark was super helpful, thanks again!!
Pamela Africa: My father lived here for over 10 years. He loved everything about it. I was his caretaker for the last 3 years of his life as he had terminal cancer. The rules on parking and yard upkeep were very stricked but I am not complaining. As those stricked rules are what keeps the place so nice. The management did change a couple of times but the level of outstanding work from those people never faltered. They are good people with excellent work ethics and the management should be recognized for their outstanding contributions. I highly recommend this RV park to anyone who can manage to be patient on the RV waiting list especally if you plan to stay for an extended period of time. All of the Amenities make it a very convenient place to live and the community is so friendly it's great. They even have 2 car washing stalls as well as access to yard tools and lawn mowers hedge trimmers and edgers. The laundry Matt even had clothes lines for your clothes that you don't want in dryer to air dry!! I can't even think of any way this place could be improved. I will miss going there to visit and care for my father as he made some very nice friends who were so helpful and showed genuine concern for a sick old man. They will be missed.
Ms Diane: Looks cool & very clean! I only visited a day. It's super cute, how the residents wave at you, as you drive by đ

Clay Causin: Just visiting but it seems to be a nice small quiet park.
Able C. (Able1027): In town for work from Texas...Stayed for a little over 2 months at Sleepy Hollow and it was great. Every neighbor I had was friendly and polite. Partially shaded spot. The park is quiet as far as the neighbors. It's on the corner of Monterey Hwy and Senter Rd, so there is some unavoidable road noise, depending which spot you get. This is not a new RV resort, not a ton of amenities, but full hookups, laundry room on-site and a great location. Not many RV parks in the area, that I could find. This park used to be a mobile home park, but it's now mostly RV's. Joni is great. I read the reviews before calling and I didn't have any of the bad experiences mentioned in some reviews. Joni was flexible and communicative any time I needed to pay rent, had a rules question, needed to extend my stay. I would and will stay here again if back in the area with my trailer. Thanks
Don Watanabe: I've been at Sleepy Hollow about 2 months now and I must say it's a very nice and quiet park. The bathrooms and showers are kept clean. The manager Joni stays on top of repairs and communicates what's going on. The location is by good places to eat, markets and asian stores. Target and Walmart are close by too. I was a little apprehensive because of the previous comments about the manager but I haven't experienced that and if anything she is very accommodating. She does emphasize the rules and maybe people misunderstand that and I appreciate that. I've been at places where the manager is too nice and the tennants take advantage of that. I've stayed at Parkway Lakes RV Park and I prefer Sleepy Hollow
Leah Bornstein: has been so sweet and helpful with me - she helps me out when Iâm not sure how to fix things around my RV. She tries her best and she looks out for the park, keeping it safe. I feel lucky to live here!
Nguyen Hong: It was a good stay. My wife and I were happy. The manager Joni was nice and helpful. Would come back in the future.
katsia shalmanava: I found a video on the Internet dated 2015 and got concerned about these nice people. Today I rewatched it and felt like writing something nice to them. I really liked the words they spoke about their idea of home. I would like to wish them good changes for the better in the near future. I'm not a native speaker of English, forgive me if I make a mistake, Happy Easter!

Emotionally Fulfilled: I love papa â€ïžThank you for teaching me how to clean my RV đđ
Theo Sinitsin: Excellent location and customer service. Dump station was easy to use - note that it's cash or check only.
HSU buzz: The host Peter was very friendly and helpful!
Roger Norman: Conveniently located. Well kept, clean.Staff are very good.
Belinda Lopez: It was a wonderful experience
Janielle Carter (Nielle): Wi-Fi is really slow if you like to hang out and chat with management at random times this is the place for you I feel the spaces between each RV is really tight but it's an RV park so it's RV parking I will recommend because it's doing what it's supposed . đ·đ€
FotoBOX âFotoBOXargâ Cabinas Fotograficas: Great place to stay. You have right in the entrance grilled ribs!!!Great people. Good attention.
phil gallegos: great rv park. charlie feemster and kaelyn caprino are the best escorts in town! you must try their services located at 450 amigo rode
YL Y: Management is good, friendly and professional. Park is clean and well maintained. The park is next door of garbage center, gets noisy and smells bad. Sites are very tight. On the other hand, the location is very conveinent. Close to everything.
James B. Dixon Jr.: Good barbeque service has gotten better.
Regan Kimball: Love this park. Very attentive staff. Clean, friendly and caring
Itai Leshniak: RV dump station. Black water sewage. $20
ted.angell: This is very, very tight for a 45â RV. If I had been towing, I could not have turned around to get back out. RV dump was closed and no one had the key. Better call first.
Elio Di Gioia: a place that I highly recommend.

Anne-Marie Besnard: Very nice campsite and very clean. The perfect locations. We were able to go pick cherries in the orchards right next door.We took this campsite so we could go to San Francisco and we took the train in San Jose to go to San Francisco on the faster train.Very nice stay
G. Martin: Great service getting set up. Friendly and super clean. Many amenities including 2 dog parks, beautiful pool.
Mr RC Fanatic: Coyote Valley RV Resort is one of the best site that we have stayed at. We travel in our travel trailer when we want to get away from home and stumbled upon this place as we were passing through. The Premium lots were HUGE and SPACIOUS. Was worth the high rates that they charged. Super clean campground and the dog parks were big as well.
Taylor OâNeal: My favorite park in California. Prime location and large sites. The office has always been helpful and accommodating to us! Canât wait to go back one day soon!
Jason Wold: I would give it five stars but the internet is horrible. We've stayed at 30 RV parks and resorts in the last couple of months and internet varies wildly but this was one of the worst. I don't expect streaming but we couldn't even keep connection long enough to book reservations.Walkability: None.Food & drinks: The park store is very reasonably priced.
Jared Bell: My wife and I have stayed in the Coyote Valley RV resort many times and it is one our favorite places to park. From the moment you enter into the park it is clean and very well maintained. We were greeted by several very nice and helpful park ârangersâ the not only directed us to our spot but actually helped us back in and get situated. We have stayed in both sides of the park and while the spots are larger in the ânewâ side there are advantages to being in the original side. The trees are more developed which does minimize the amount of Sun/Wind.The bathrooms and laundry are very clean and well maintained. This is by far the best park we have stayed at in regards to receiving and distributing mail/packages. The people in the office are great about organizing and separating the mail/packages.There are two pools/hot tubs that are always clean and positioned perfectly to capture the most amount of Sun or Shade depending on your preference. There is also a store here in case you forgot or need common items. No park is perfect especially when you consider the wide range of guests they have to serve but we consider Coyote Valley to be one of the best places we stay as full time RVâers. They staff it appropriately and are extremely quick at fixing any issues that might occur. We highly recommend Coyote Valley if you are ever visiting the Morgan Hill or San Jose area. This is at least our 3rd time here and we will be back many more times!Nearby activities: Excellent golf course nearby!Food & drinks: Morgan Hill has a lot of great restaurants!

Wil ColĂłn: Modern and spacious.
lenaaa _59: . The place is very idyllic and well maintained. The employees are very nice. The surroundings are really beautiful and in a few minutes you can walk to the nearby hill where you can look out over San Francisco Bay. In the evening it is quite cool and windy. The sanitary facilities are not really modern and 100% clean, but okay.We felt comfortable and would recommend the place. :
Skoogs: We spent two weeks here, visited our friends across the bay. Nice new rv park. Fire ring! Level space, great hook ups. Nice trail to the marsh area, great wildlife viewing. Very windy!
Duane Stevens: Good wifi. May 2024 the campground store is not open yet. Landscape is still young . Watch out for burs. Wild turkey in the hills. Firing range nearby, so sounds of gunfire a little alarming. Nice spaces with concrete picnic table and firepit. Some trails are dog friendly.Dog-friendliness: Some trials are dog friendly.
UP 26 production: This is a beautiful new campground with great hiking trails around the bay.
Anish Sahoo: Great, but a lot of RV sites compared to actual tent sites.
Sam Nichols: This is an amazing campground. In terms of location, it is hard to beat. You're about an hour from San Francisco, and thirty minutes from San Jose. If you need to get groceries, you're about ten minutes from the store. The campground itself is stellar. Spots are spacious. The fire ring is nice. Because you're right on the bay it does get heinously windy but otherwise you're good. The bathrooms are clean. There is a rule that you can't drive into the park past 10 AM, but ride-sharing and then walking is okay. There are miles and miles of hiking trails that extend from the end of the park. On top of that, there is a rafter of turkeys that wanders through the park. There are also a million blackbirds, bluebirds and finches that call the park home. The price is reasonable, especially given the exorbitant prices of everything else out here. All in all, I would recommend it and return.
Michael W.: I remember the first time my friends and I decided on a camping trip to Dumbarton Quarry Campground. I didnât think this was a good campground until we tried the camping here. We loved the campground now.The Dumbarton Quarry Campground doesnât have lots of trees. But the weather is always nice in the Bay Area. We donât need the trees. All the campsites are full hood up and the campground is very close to the city with supermarket, shopping, and restaurants. We loved it so much because it is convenient!Playground: They have a playground next to the entranceRestrooms: The restroom is very cleanDog-friendliness: You are welcome to bring your dog. But with the leash on all the time.Picnic area: All the campsites have an area for a picnic with a table.
C Beto: Well maintained and friendly staff.
Chris Williams: . Laundry available
Philippe-Olivier Fortin: Great location. Peaceful and enjoyable. Everything was clean and spotless. Will come back here for sure!
Kai Llamas: Great location. Great views. Good staff. Great facilities. Whole lotta weeds. The price makes me want to jump head first into the bay with rocks in my pockets.
Ruth Hunter: Great close place to camp. Wonderful overnight. Wind picks up about 4:30pm so it can get cold, because you are almost on the water. Spectacular!
KEVIN SORENSEN: We enjoyed this campground for 3 nights while traveling up the coast. Itâs within driving distance of San Francisco, very clean, has laundry facilities, good Wi-Fi and full hookup. They need to update their online notifications to reflect these services though. We felt very safe here and were completely surprised to find the campground has direct access to trails in Coyote Hills Regional Park and other regional trails for biking and hiking. Staff member Joe was very friendly and helpful making our stay memorable. Anytime we find ourselves in this part of the state, we will be back.
