    john brunemeier: I had a great experience with Central Valley Marine. I called and explained a fuel delivery issue that I was having with a Nissan outboard. The person who helped me listened patiently to my issue and then suggested several possible fixes. I was able to pinpoint the problem to a missing O-ring in my fuel filter and will fix the problem on my own. CVM does not work on Nissans, but the person on the phone was kind enough to help me out. I am amazed at the outstanding service.

    ryan scar: I live In Reno NV and when my local dealership couldn't help me with my problem stating they were to busy to do an update and it would be more then a month out. So I decided to try to call so dealerships around the north cal area. That's when I talked with Richard and he was more then willing to help us out with our problem. He went above and beyond and went out of his way to do anything and everything he could to help with our situation. Richard is the ideal meaning of great customer service! I only wish that my local dealership could learn from him! If we lived closer I Definitely would do business with Central Valley Marine. Thanks again.

    Charles Roake: Jim and Bill are older guys who know their stuff. I pay extra and wait a little longer sometimes to get my Centurion surf boat serviced and stored here. They specialize in water ski wake and surf inboard/ vdrive boats. They did a good job of installing through-hull underwater RGB lights on the back of my boat and it looks bitchin. They also do annual service, repairs, etc. I had them put a new axle on my V&M trailer and they got it done right.

    Reality Drone Service: I don't know what happen with the two people that gave topside marine a bad rating, there's two sides to every story. What I do know is I've known Jim the owner for 30 years and he is the most meticulous, fair and thorough person I've ever met. Does not matter what it is that's just who he is as a person. I have sent many friends to him and I have had nothing but five star service stories from them. I would recommend topside marine for anything I needed for my boat, I hope this helps.

When it was all done, they went over the fixes and showed all the parts they replaced.I asked about some optional service, based on things I noticed on the boat and things I had read online. They explained the real reasons for doing that work, and while they were "nice-to-have" items I wouldn't benefit from the work. Jim's position was to do the work the boat needs, and not do work "just because." All the work they did was based on evidence of worn parts
