They are obviously more focused on gaining repeat customers than making a quick sale. Service is zero pressure. Prices are good. You will save money here by getting it right the first time. I believe the guys name was Ruben but anyways he said he would open for a couple hrs and he would be there shortly. I was shopping for a new cue for my brother in law. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave me good information and was able to help me not only find the right cue for my brother but got me in a better shaft for myself. He gave me a great package deal too and saved me a bunch of money. I will defiantly be returning here for all my billiards needs in the future

I had a 52 inch walking stick that I want to have the cut and make it into a two piece with screw system - like a two piece pool queue - so I could pack it in my luggage for a flight. They did an AMAZING job. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They adjusted the screw mechanism so when the stick was put together the knots of wood matched. True craftsman. Great service. alexander loron: Just got our pool table felt changed from blue to burgundy today. They were very quick with their service and it came out looking really nice. They made sure to bring various colors of the red felt so we could choose which one to put on our table, rather than bringing just one color, which was very thoughtful. They were very helpful in answering our questions as well, and gave us a few tip to keep the table and the felt looking like new. Definitely calling them again if we need any other repairs.

They carry a decent selection of darts and darts accessories, and she was very knowledgeable about them - and that’s probably one of the reasons I ended up buying way more than what I had originally planned to. The homy feeling you get when you’re in the store amidst all the skillfully crafted pieces that are found all over is a great experience which is seldom present in other establishments.
