Raymond Andrade: I went in to fix a flat on my bike, apparently had a glass shard that went through the tube. I was in and out super fast and the crew was super nice.
Darrel Sansano: Bike fit went smoothly and quick. Bike selection is great from road to cruise or mountain. They have Cervelo, Bianchi, pinarello & specialized when I went. They have presumably more but I was only looking at road bikes. They even have the Dogma X in store. I would definitely come back again.
KW Moy: telling me the solution to the valve issue I was having,
alex carter: tangle up in my dereilleur and pretty much trash things. These nice folks had it fixed within a week and it cost less than I thought it would. I love having these guys as my go-to shop.
Omar El-Gamal: Excellent service. Highly recommended. They changed a broken spoke. When a second one broke, Nick thoroughly fixed it, meticulously trued the wheel and even test rode it himself, all at no extra charge. They even gave me the contact of another unaffiliated bike shop closer to home to get a new wheel.
Kathryn Hedges: Helped me pick out a new seat for my cruiser at a reasonable price.
Andy Uhm: What a great bike shop! I am completely new to cycling, walked into the shop with a couple of co-workers and got some great info/introduction by the shop owner. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, highly recommend!
Haojun Li: Great bike shop and friendly staff. Other bike shops always give me attitude when I ask them to order bikes from the manufacturer, but they were happy not only to oblige, but also to show me exactly what inventory the manufacturer has. From the first phone call to picking up the bike it was speedy and smooth, just like my new bike.Update: I’m slightly disappointed at the service department. They couldn’t diagnose 2 bottom bracket issues and I ended up fixing it myself. They are also a bit backed up so it’s hard to get an appointment.
Jo: is just such a pleasure to work with, from the very beginning picking the right bike to bike fit to all the set up! The whole process was very speedy too; so was my new bike! Thanks guys - was flying on my NBD!
Jake Wright: 10/10 Will buy from there again.Bought a helmet and tape. Super nice staff. Thanks!
Joe Bond: and I have been a patron of almost all of the major Southbay bicycle stores at what time or another. As a former bicycle mechanic
Alon Golan: What a great bike shop! A variety of bikes and accessories catering to my commute needs as well as my racing equipment. Staff is great and the mechanics are some of the best. Easy access from Guadalupe creek trail and from Park Ave. If you need to drive there's a huge parking lot in the back.

Estrella Leal: Great place, huge selection, awesome customer service! Go see Justin he's very knowledgeable, he's got your answers to your questions. 👍
SABINO CRUZ: Friendly, knowledgeable and always there to help out. From something expensive to as simple as just having a question about bikes
Brian Butler: Really great selection and great price
Dean Serrano: Superb customer service! Ty
Marcin Szot: Amazing bike shop in Willow Glen, San Jose! The staff really took the time to understand my needs and gave excellent advice on parts and upgrades. I left feeling informed and confident in my purchase decisions. Highly recommend!
Steven Rosenblum: Great service and good equipment at reasonable prices.
Cisco Enriquez: Very helpful and attentive as far as helping me find the items I was looking for and recommendations. I was also encouraged to sign up for the tech Tuesday which was an awesome experience with Juan who was very attentive and answered all our questions that we had.
Albert: I really liked the staff. I felt welcomed since I walked in. They were very knowledgeable, helping me in my choice of an ebike. By answering all my question they convinced me to choose their business for my purchase. Apart from their service and kindness, the main difference with other stores is their service plan. It may costs a little bit, but you cannot expect to buy an ebike and go without service. Not only that, but they also have a direct connection with some bike brands, making the service process easier and faster. Top notch.

Leut Dan: Took my tandem bike there to get repaired and checked out. Great people there. Fixed it and went through it to let me know all issues. I went for the full fix on all of it. Would recommend to all my friends
Ronald Patient: Absolutely Great people!!! Super laid back. No pressure and crazy knowledgeable. Went back twice now and headed back a third time. They have my business for sure.
Cuong Lee: I got a crankset online that didn’t fit due to smaller chain width. This shop was able to get me a correct cranked and installed for me at a reasonable price. Save me time and effort. Good customer service. Thanks
Charlie: Great place and prices. Very trustworthy employees.
cray zee: Great prices great people all in all a great experience.
Mark sakamoto: Chill shop, fixed my bike quickly and were patient even though I had a lot of stupid questions. Definitely recommend if you want your bike checked.
Luis Sandoval: It took a lit bit
Brian Johnson: Finally found a bike shop that has a great selection of parts and accessories for all your SE needs and the staff is great 👍 thank you for your help
Dillon Karaduinis: They have everything from skateboards to cruiser bikes to BMX bikes to wheelie bikes SE parts their customer service was amazing they fixed my board for free and gave me a new pair of bushings free of charge made an exchange without a receipt or parts packaging after I had installed a hub guard that didn't fit they returned me my money in full and didn't charge me for the tube I got because I told them that I forgot it yesterday after spending $80 and was frustrated at myself for forgetting the part I told them I'd leave them a good review
Tabetha P.: These guys are the best! Super knowledgeable, excellent customer service and very reasonably priced!
Emmanuel Amador: Great Bike service and knowledge here. Aaron is legit, chill, and cares about his business and customers. First time I came in with a separate issue, Aaron noticed that my hub was overtightened and needed adjustment. Advised me to take advantage of the warranty where I purchased it for that adjustment. Unfortunately I moved back to the area, from University, and changed LBS, so wasn’t going to be able to go back to that shop of purchase any time soon and so he just adjusted it for me!More recently I brought in a hub wheel build for my rear wheel. When I dropped it off staff mentioned that it would take a bit of time as there is a wheel build in front of me, and whichever faster shop service jobs arrive in between will be completed priority, which sounds fair it’s a local shop not a big box store 🤙🏽.. So that being said it’s a super chill spot, cool products, you get a lot of support on products and service. If you need a RUSH turnaround on major stuff, be prepared to be polite and patient or possibly select a big box store depending on the service. Aaron is an honest guy who seems to love the culture and even referred to me the bike party.Got me my wheel back in time, right before the party, hub did 15 miles no problems. Thanks man! Definitely coming back.

heskey333: Nice guy, fixed my botched repair for a good price a while back even though it seemed like a fair bit of trouble!
Doug Herrick: . If you are into vintage bikes or Eroica, George can not only help you prepare a bike, he has some nice vintage bikes in stock. He is one-man operation, so it can be helpful to call ahead and make sure that he is there
Naruto Uzumaki: George helped me when I have a flat for my tubed tyre which was sold to me as tubeless by another shop.It popped up two times when george filled the air. Appreciate his patience !!
Jessica Adams: Awesome store! George was able to find an exact wheel replacement for me at 1/3 the price I was quoted elsewhere, including switching over the disc brake rotor and the tyre. Turnaround just a few days getting the new wheel shipped from out of state. Will certainly come back for my future needs.
Nemesis Nepomuceno: I’d give more stars if i could. The owner George is really nice and has amazing customer service. I’m happy to have found this place. I can see why he’s been around for 35 years.
Kimberly Doty: I got help here a couple of months ago and I am still telling people about it. I was on my first ride and got a flat tire very close to the shop. I was shown so much kindness and was assisted even though I didn't have my wallet. You can tell this is the kind of place that puts people first. I recommend everyone goes here and I am so grateful for the help that I received that day. While I only needed a new tube for my bike, there was a large variety of bikes and bike gear available.
Jose Monteverde: My man straight up stayed after closing hours just go help me get back on the road. I called without realizing it was closing time. Badass tiny store layout with plenty interesting gear and cool collections to look at. Good place to bring your business
David Adler: George is a bike genius. One man shop, he takes pride in his work and gets it right.
Martins Bluzma: Landmark bike shop in SJ
Amanda Isabella Dunlap: Although did not have what we were looking for Phil gave us his up most attention and suggested things and opportunities in our price range. Very nice.
Harry b: I'm torn as what to say. I want Slough's to have enough business to stay in business but not so much that it becomes difficult for me to get timely service!
Mark Seedall: Lots of very good parts

Doyle Miles: Friendly knowledgeable and great service
J: They did a good job servicing my bike's wheel! Price for labor was upfront and was reasonable. The staff were friendly and easy to work with. However, they didn't call me or leave a voicemail that the bike was ready to be picked up, which was odd and unfortunate, but I'll let it slide. I'd go to this shop again.
Jesús Villanueva: Best shop it haves almost everything you need and they are quick with their stuff and are super nice
Adrian Romo: Wow, customer service is at 1,000%. All the employees are deeply rooted in the cycling industry for generations. The shop always has what I need to stay riding. Last but never the least, the Master mechanic is always available! 👌
Ken OConnell: Tom and the team did a fantastic job at helping me execute a complicated Facebook marketplace deal on a bike I just had to have. The seller dropped it off, they packed it up and helped me get it shipped across the country. 100% recommend.
Domingo: On 8/16/23 I had my front and rear deraillures adjusted and Fast Bikes and they did an excellent job. My bike shifts smoothly and my ride was enjoyable.
Noah Cruz: The best bike shop
Dan Dukes: Do u guys purchase bikes???
Kai Trepte: Very easy and quick. Had a flat tire and got it fixed in 5 minutes. They didnot try to sell me any further services/products. Great service
Raul Flores: Excellent Service
Swaraj Kanwar: I just got my cycle for its first ever tune up, this place did an amazing job at the tune up.I gained an average of 1.5 mph after the tune up.I to not have a reference point but I see a huge difference after the tune up.
Adriana de la torre: Acts of kindness should be known. A few days ago, I walked into the bike shop, thinking I would need cable replacements, tubes replacements, and some TLC to my back breaks as they were lock in place. When I was assisted, he listened to what I had to say, looked at what he would be working with and told me that I probably only needed air in my wheels and that if I waited we could see if there was anything else. He put my bike on a pumping station in the back, at the same time and during, there were people going into the shop. A man came in asking for pump to pump is bike wheels, a mother and child taking a bike home with very thick wheels, and two men at separate times came in with different issues. I waited outside with my dog for a total of 10 to 15 minutes and he was kind enough to come outside with my bike. To my surprise...air was all that my biked needed apparently my wheels needed a certain amount of air pressures. Along the way he did some adjustments, that really made a difference to my bike, like straighten my sit and tweaking my back breaks at no cost. It meant a lot to me, as a girl, it is so hard to do those little things. I just do not have the man power or my hands are not strong enough. I was able to ride my bike back home with my dog in my bike basket. All in all, I walked with my dog 45 minutes to get here and I was expecting to leave empty handed, but instead, I was taken care of, and he could have easily done all the things I though I needed and charge me a huge bill for my lack of knowledge. But it was the exact opposite, he was honest, knowledge able and very helpful, most of all eased my concerns. I will be coming back if my bike wheels need new tubes or anything else. It been over three days and my bike is doing great. All it needed was air! Thank you.
Brian Velez (Sweetersweet): I hate thorns but I like fast bicycles knowledgeable staff
Alain Kelder: Stopped by the other day, waiting for traffic to die down. Tom was very generous with his time and advice. No pushy salesmanship here, so i actually drove an hour to come back to buy here. Tom is a great guy and runs a great shop.

Elton Lee: Bought my Trek ALR 4 from here. Lots of options along with a smart and friendly staff.
Dylan Griese: and will continue to be customers.
Uwe Lambrette: but software update they offered as a courtesy bricked the system. The mechanic spent a couple of hours trying all sorts of tricks to bring it back and succeeded eventually. To not slow me down I got a demo bike for a full day for free. Thanks again - great service and attitude!
J: Got a quick inspection/tune up. Nice staff
Michael Lawton: Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Fast turn around times on bike service as well.
Angel: Summit bicycle shop at the plant is the most professional team I have ever seen at any bike shop. When I have a question they answer it correctly in detail. I always have questions because I like to learn about my bicycle in order to correctly repair or replace parts as needed. When I need something ordered, they can get me the product I am looking for and they call me when the part arrives at the shop in the most professional manner I have heard from a bicycle shop. They are friendly, knowledgeable & professional in all ways. They even sell the park tool chain wear checker cc-2 tool. Which I asked another bike shop I used to go to and they said "they go by eye" What the hell do you mean by eye? This is my one stop bicycle shop for all my needs. Thank you Michael, Joseph, Dalton and the rest of the team at summit bicycles.
Jayna burtis: Made an Electra cruiser-go purchase. Then rode the bike home! Yes..so much fun. Thank you Joseph for your quality customer service 👏.
