Human Robot: I love coming to this store, excellent service and good selection of beads and bobbles.This store is especially great if you want to start a business, she will ask you the hard questions, and give you space to think and answer. Ask questions....Beading/jewelry is extremely individual and completely dependent on who your making things for so....A lot of time is given for you to wander the shop and really think your design through and choose what's appropriate for your project.If you need help, Ask. Because otherwise you have the other beadshop that I don't go to.... that's constantly looking over your shoulder trying to sell you the most expensive bobbles Not here. It a very welcoming and chill space to create something that could be passed down for generations.

I may even become a regular customer if my jewelry business takes off.It's a small little hole-in-the-wall kind of place but there's a lot of bits and pieces to find there. Plan to stay longer than you think you should, every inch of the store has something worth checking out. Just when I thought I was done shopping I saw something else I suddenly needed.As a bonus, their dog is adorable.

Molly Peck: . When I went to pull a number to have my fabric cut, there were 11 people in front of me. I have never had to wait this long to have fabric cut. Patricia was helping all of the customers with their fabric, as well as answering customer service calls, and assisting people with online orders. She was doing such a great job at being attentive to her cutting and measuring, while also being efficient and quick to move the customers along. It is really disappointing to that management or whoever does scheduling would leave their employees in this situation. Jo-Ann's has managed to make it work by also carrying a wide array of craft products. Their email list will keep you in enough coupons that you should always have one. I was a little worried as i have a tight timeframe and donât know the area.I phoned Beads at Beads and talked to the owner. He was very kind and understood immediately. He gave perfect directions as I am not familiar with the area and his staff in the store were great. I still need to get my mala back but I feel really good with the transaction.Also the store has really nice gemstones as well as beads. I would definitely come back if I needed anything they had. Definitely worth the drive.

I just opened an Etsy store and up till now have only shopped online or at big retail chains like Michaels and this was a completely different experience. Manik spent a lot of time with me picking things out and making suggestions and working with me on pricing and Iâm sure we all know customer service like that can be a rarity.
