    Karina Garay: I was in town for a few days. I needed to renew my son鈥檚 CD within the grace period. It鈥檚 in a blocked account til he turns 18. I鈥檝e had several branches get discombobulated over the fact that it鈥檚 blocked. They panic. However, not this branch. Nashota was extremely helpful and a pleasure. A ray of sunshine. Kevin the manager was very polite and very informative. He was friendly to everyone he greeted. They know what they are doing here. Great customer service and care. I hope to return to this branch to renew cd in a few month even though I鈥檓 not a local.

    thewrightbro1: Kevin is truly amazing. Although I didn't get his last name, I believe he is Asian. I received a call informing me that my checks were found. Someone had gotten hold of my checks and tried to cash them, but Kevin quickly caught on. He had the intelligence to verify my identity as a customer and promptly contacted me. Kevin held onto the checks until I arrived, truly acting like a hero. Despite having my things stolen several times before, this was the first time someone caught the culprit. Kevin is a superb person, and I am incredibly grateful for his actions. Also everyone's customers service at that bank was unmatched today. Great Branch

We feel this bank-blanch is family friendly.The manager quickly resolved any issues for me. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Manager is the best! I was impressed his working. I would like to recommend that if anyone want to do your business at this bank you won鈥檛 be disappointed. Because they are excellent customers service team!
