Eric Slocum: What a joy this place is. Great selection, and amazing staff. I love seeing all the artist/author signatures and drawings on the walls.
Kayla Ladd: Love this bookstore! I shop here before anywhere else for children’s books. My only wish is they’d bring back the fantastically decorated reading/play spots I remember from childhood!
Adam Rust: This place makes shopping for my young niece and nephews an absolute delight. The staff are so knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly have a passion for children's books. Every time I come in with general parameters for the kiddos latest interests I get multiple age appropriate recommendations to choose from for all of them. What a local treasure.
Willows San Jose: Very cozy book and gift shop. My kids love the variety of books sold here. They get ideas which books and toys are trending. We also love to shop for presents in this store - whether it’s for their aunt, our neighbor or a classmate, this is the place to be. They take care wrapping the gifts for us. That’s one less work for parents.
C Karim: This is where I got my addiction for books. When I was a child I remember wondering the store trying to find the perfect book. I'm so glad they are still around.

Gordon Smith: This store is a decades-long San Jose Institution. If you are shopping for books for your child, you will find no better bookstore than this one in the South Bay. Even J.K. Rowling did a reading here!
Michele Don Durbin: Still the best place for a last minute kid's gift, and you can't beat the wrapping job!

Jeanette Hada: I don't have any recent photos since I haven't been inside stores since late 2019, but have called the Cotton On Kids store at Valley Fair to check inventory and sizing. The staff there are some of the nicest, most helpful people that are super kid-friendly. If/when you shop there, please be kind to the staff. They're really wonderful people.
