Izak Kapi: They did a good custom job on my tesla model s seat covers. I could not find any seat covers to buy. This place has good selection of materials and colors. The car looks great now and I dont have to worry about the original seats getting dirty.I am adding to my review after a year of using the car. The seat covers are still great. Tesla ripped the back and front seat covers during a service, I did not know how to install it back and the front was really badly ripped. I went back to Valencia's. The people did all for me, made it look like new again and took their time to really do it professionally. I was thinking I will have to pay for it but the guys did it with not a question asked. One year after the original installation they out done them self and reminded me what good service used to be like. I salute them and of course they now have a customer for life. Great job, great service and all with a friendly smile.

There was cosmetic damage on one side of the seat and T&N ended up replacing the entire seat for the initial price we were quoted for- $200. Highly recommend visiting this small, family-owned business! They are cash only, so be prepared before you go.

James Kieu: Hands down the best prices in the Bay Area. His work is most impressive and is superior to the quality of OEM build. I had my armrest console redone. He took it out and told me to come back later in the day. I came back after I got out of work and his work was so well done, that I asked him to redo my door panel armrest also! He told me $280 for everything but I paid $300 even for an awesome job well done. Pictures for proof. Stitching was a nice touch.

I was referred to him as “the can do man” by each and every one of 4 local glass companies that I contacted, as they could not meet my needs to replace an odd shaped window in my 2000 customized van.. He custom cut, heat treated to DOT standards, removed the entire window assembly, installed his custom glass and then reinstalled the assembly so that is now better than new!!

Rich H: , replaced the old seat padding with foam, and re-cover the seats and finish them nicely. This saved me from having to buy new seat cover material and having all three seats refinished. In addition Tony made a custom fit carpet for the front half of the car which I love. Tony's pricing is very fair, and the quality of his work is excellent. Tony is easy to reach and easy to coordinate drop offs, taking measurements, and to arrange pick ups or installation.

Although he installed a soft top for me, frame and all, he can do all types of upholstery work on your vehicle. On top of that he was very helpful in terms of providing information to keep my softtop in great condition. Definitely will contact Ricardo next time I need some work done!

Frank Schapairo: My leather passenger seat in the car was worn out. Went in to Soft Tops for an estimate. The price was great, leather was better quality than the original. Soft Tops expertly matched the color, pattern and pebble grain of the leather. Soft Top also replaced and rebuilt the foam and bolsters in the seat. Six months later, I revisited for an issue with my arm rest in which they fixed within an hour. For excellent craftsmanship, quality products, quick turn around and customer service, I would only go to Soft Top for any interior auto upholstry needs.

Erik Klein: The seat on my 2013 Mercedes started separating along the seam so I contacted Craig's Auto Upholstery to fix it before it got way worse.I managed to catch them just as they were relocating from their Campbell address to downtown San Jose, but aside from the hiccups that the relocation cause, and that they were very gracious in accommodating, the work was exceptional.They replaced the whole seat bottom on my drivers seat for a very reasonable price and when I picked up the car I could not see a difference between the repaired driver side seat and the factory passenger seat.Absolutely perfect job.Highly recommended!Service:Upholstery repair

Judy Mason: Friendly Fast ServiceThe garage door was open so with our motorhome’s long bench cushion, we walked to the very back benches where one worker stopped what he was doing and greeted us with a smile asking “how can I help you?” despite the heat!The foam was smashed down on one side of the bench cushion because of continued usage, but the other side was like new. So he suggested turning around the foam so it was on the usable side and the non-use side to wrap it in material that would even out the cushion.and he did it while we waited!!!!We are happy campers!!

Tony Kowalishen: Pierre and team did an excellent reupholstery job on my wife’s favorite Mr. chair and hassock. Our cats had their way with this Ethan Allan set for a few years so they looked terrible but uber comfortable. The good folks at SJ Custom Upholstery made both prices better than new 🤗.My only observation is that like many artistic folks, they could be more organized & have a standard quote/estimation sheet. I made one for our project so we would have a point of reference. It’s not a big deal but good to know going in. It’s still a 5 ⭐️ service in my book.
