Sarah Leins: We have absolutely loved our experience with AVAC’s swim classes! Delaney is a joy to work with. Our daughter is shy to the take, but she has made this new environment so comfortable for her. Very grateful for her and the rest of the wonderful AVAC staff!
Becky Trovato: I’ve been a member for over 15 years…I def get my membership worth, I play tennis a few times a week and go to the group fitness classes 5-6 times a week. Always greeted by an awesome staff!❤️
Kathy McKenzie: If you are looking for a friendly, safe family owned club to work out on your own or with a private trainer give AVAC a try. There is an outdoor pool for lap swim and aqua aerobics along with an indoor swim school. There are many group fitness classes for all ages or take on a private trainer. Optional palates, bungee and fit classes, play tennis or pickle ball or relax at the Cafe for a bite to eat or a smoothie. Full showers, sauna and jacuzzi with towels provided. I've been a member for 20+ years and have no plans to leave.
Jim Coover: I have been a long term member of Avac. I have many positive memories. Seem there us something for everyone. When there are issues the staff and management are friendly and quick to respond while being discreet.

Rachel Turkal: One of the few gymnastics gyms in the area to offer boys team gymnastics, as well as higher level recreational gymnastics for boys. Great programs for all ages and abilities: preschool through highschool gymnastics and dance. Caring staff and coaches. We've been coming here, for my son, for 3 years and love it!
