Fedel Sanchez: I love this little store downtown Willow Glen. It is a collective of antique dealers and I always find treasures in this place no matter when I go in there so I have to be selective when I go to the collective. I went in recently and found a vintage Snoopy lunch box, a pretty little Fenton bird and a couple of other great items. The owners and salespeople are very nice and helpful. So if you like antiques and vintage items this would be the perfect place to go.

They have a wide range of items like tools, cameras, glass, ceramics, buttons, pins, lamps, utensils etc. Philip is very nice and helpful and the store has a great vibe to it. So much stuff to look through. I highly recommend stopping by to take a look around and say hi to Philip. The other antique stores in the area are nice as well but this ones something special.
Sillystephy S: Loving my depression era candlesticks I picked up there. My friend and I were heading to another store nearby and decided to hit this one up too. We were both so glad we did. Store has a good amount of everything with decedent pricing. There are several antique stores along this street all within walking distance. Start at their shop as it’s the smallest of them all. Shout out to the owners son who gave us a discount. Very charming fella!My recommendation is to give yourself the whole day for this street. The other stores are huge and will take up the morning and afternoon. There is a Chinese restaurant across the street that had great food that you can enjoy between shopping.There is a good sized parking lot behind the latest antique store that you can use, so don’t park on the Main Street all the stores are on.

Whether vacationing in Europe, or traveling to the Americas for a new life, all had one thing in common. Most all carried their prized possessions in a trunk. From a 13" high Cabin or "Steamer" in your stateroom, to an exquisite Barrel Top, carefully stowed away awaiting your destination. The ocean was not the only place trunks traveled. They were also at home on the railroads, or on a stagecoach.
I have always had a love of antiques, but none more than the majestic, hard working trunk. I would have to say my favorite trunks were made between the 1860s and the 1890s, and I prefer, and attempt to acquire, trunks that are less common and more elaborate. However, I will put as much hard work and care on a paper covered packing trunk as I will on a leather Saratoga. My goal is to try to keep the trunks I work on as original
As possible. A true attempt at a restoration is something that not only takes time, but also a knowledge of trunks. I try to restore my trunks as honestly as I can (with today's limited technology) and as close to original as possible. I have re-tinned trim parts, and have had missing parts cast to replace them. I have also tried to the best of my ability to accurately reproduce/repair the original interiors of trunks.
In addition to selling restored trunks, I also offer repair and restoration services. Use the contact form to let me know what your needs are. Sorry, I do not work on any Wardrobe trunks (these are the large ones with drawers, and hangers). Also, before I can even begin to discuss a restoration/refurbishment of your trunk, I will need pictures of it. No cell phone pictures please, and include your phone number.
