Don Corleone: Lots of good clothes but expensive
Siddharth: I rarely write reviews of my experiences but my last visit definitely deserves one. I have been a huge Nike fan since childhood and although I am awfully disappointed by its recent quality, I had a great experience at the Nike SF store. The purchase and pickup process was quick and seamless. I was assisted by a young man named Brian. Brian was very kind and friendly. He went above and beyond to help me out. We had a good conversation about our mutual interest in Nike and about running since Brian is a runner. Thank you Brian!

I scored beautiful brick colored leather Florentino+Baker boots that are incredibly comfortable and a pair of lightweight vegan Saolas.

Really friendly service, with a unique selection of high-quality shoes at both low and high price points.Don’t be fooled by the window display, which looked a little frumpy to me. There are actually lots of modern styles in the back. Seems like mostly European/ niche artisan brands that were new to me. I found multiple pairs to buy, after trying so many other shoe brands & stores and finding nothing.

Imagine that?Also, he sent me a return label , free of charge so it did not cost me anything.What can you say to that? It was my grandest ever Customer Service dealings , not to mention the best quality of shoes . Marc d'Avignon: I had an old gift card for Paolo Shoes from a few years back. In that interim the shop changed owners and computer systems. Which unfortunately meant that the electronic record of my gift card record was gone. After talking with Chaari Aslaner, who was absolutely wonderful, they agreed to honor my credit. Chaari and Paolo went above and beyond to deliver some of the finest and most positive customer care I have experienced in years. The people here are gems and a bonus to a store that already sells excellent shoes.

Gavin Powell: I came into Ecco looking for some comfortable work shoes and happily left with some Soft 7's. In general, the prices are kinda high but the customer service was worth the price. I was helped by Breanna & Estella and they were very helpful and kind. During my visit in Ecco, there were some middle age women trying on shoes and being very rude, entitled, and disrespectful to the Ecco staff. 5 stars for the customer service and patience for these ladies because I was mind blown at how rude their "regulars" are. Cut retail workers some slack people, they're human too! Will definitely be visiting Ecco Stonestown again.. hopefully next time less pretentious shoppers will be shopping while I am haha!

Martin Sigvardsen: A 5 star experience. So many wonderful specialty shops. High quality, an absolute must visit in San Francisco.

During our stay in San Francisco, we were able to visit, among other things, the different attractions of the city, we could not miss the shopping centers, in this case Westfield, located in the heart of the city, therefore we had to enter the same than the other C.C., to shop around. What impresses most is its enormous dome and the stairs that run through the many floors of this center. Most of the shops are located there and to complete the visit, on the ground floor there are several buffet restaurants. Of course, a temptation in which you can spend a whole day without leaving it, truly crazy.

You may also get invited to private secret for special customers only events. I won't elaborate here & now. You do have to buy things to be considered special. Oh, & 1 more thing: When you develop a good customer / sales person relationship, the sales person will tell you things via text. Michael texted me that the FF logo reversible jacket I liked was going up in price by $170! He arranged for me to buy it over the 📞 phone from him
