Alan Shirek (Alan): Best experience I have ever had at Best Buy. A Geek Squad member named Mike helped me deal with an older laptop that had died. I had gone in with the idea of replacing the old laptop. I bought a replacement with some advice from Mike. He worked with me for over an hour to begin to transfer as much data as he could from the old laptop to the new one. A really good experience.

Julia H: It's so nice to have a brick and mortar store to go and look around compare and get customer service for my items. They could use more help because I was waiting behind someone who was in the customer service line and there was no one at the register. However it wasn't terribly long until someone else came up and manned the register.
zoecalifornia: I didn't go inside, but I used their drive up service. It went well, I didn't have to wait long for my products to be brought out. The associate that brought my things out was polite. No complaints.

R “RR”: The store, the staff, shout out Rhonel, are all exceptional. One of my favorite things about the store isthey often do same day same hour service on iPhones, if you cracked the glass for example or damaged the camera. That speed of in-person service is a much better option for locals if you can’t afford to be without your phone for very long. So don’t hesitate to see them in person!While the store can be busy, they are well stocked with services for broken phones or if you’re looking for special inventory combinations. In that sense, this flagship store is one of the best if you’re looking for design variety and hardware options. On top of all of the services the retractable glass walls to create an open air experience is truly stunning and over looks Union Square. The area is heavily policed now and the store gets a lot of customers. Going in the morning or early afternoon tends to be less crowded.

Peter Ibershof: Joel and Evelyn were extremely helpful when we visited. They walked us through the various models and features for the ranges, ovens, and dishwashers. They answered all of our questions and once we had decided on the item we wanted, Evelyn called a shop and helped us order it on the spot. Truly great customer service, definitely recommend going there.
Dave M: and a complete line of Miele product on display. It was really helpful for us making decisions on our appliances. We were referred here by a salesperson at an appliance retailer to learn more about the specific products we were interested in. It's nice that the Miele staff are really there for educational purposes and not to sell to you.It is worth noting that the entrance is on Division Street, not 8th Street.

Denise Quinn: was not so easy and included a total new learning curve.To the rescue came Anna Vutech with enormous patience and knowledge who greeted us each time with a big welcome and repeated and explained the new technology to us and answered all our questions again and again thoughtfully and clearly. I visited three times with my daughter and a friend and we were all so happy with Anna's expertise and patience everytime.After each visit, we had to return home to rework the kitchen design to fit in the different Miele appliances that we loved and we would return to the Experience Center with more questions to make sure we were going in the right direction and would have the kitchen we wanted.Anna was very open and made great suggestions when needed and was perfect to work with.Her colleague, Sherri Haslam was also great and helped us one day when we dropped in with a quick question that took at least a half hour as we peppered Sherri with questions about the refrigerator.We were fortunate to discover the Miele Experience Center and very grateful to have worked with Anna and Sherri.
