Terry: Great Staff and great outdoor gear. I had a pick up order that the staff didn’t receive. They had trouble finding it, but made a couple calls to help me get my item. They stayed past store hours to help me. They were incredibly patient. All of this while dealing with someone trying to steal from them at the same time. Thanks again!
Genesis F.: It's been a few years since I've shopped in-store, but if I were to compare then and now, I find today the staff and inventory for items is very lean. Given that the area has been bolstered by a lot of empty business spaces still thankful to have the option of a physical store.
Mat Thias: It is a normal north face shop. Prices are typical for a flag shop store - on the overpriced side. You will get a good overview of the current models though and staff seems to be nice and helpful.

Easily spent over an hour just checking the whole store out and found two jackets that fit what I was looking for and two other fun items I just liked. Four stars cuz their bathroom was broken... though that was probably good so I stopped shopping.
