Andrew C (Filmneye): This CVS Portola store has excellent Customer Service personnel compared to other CVS locations which are pretty bad, esp. the Geary Blvd. store. But CVS overall has a major problem in that your Coupon and Discount program is very misleading & deceptive in how they are applied to purchases. It's essentially rigged so that Customers Do Not get the Full Benefit of these Coupons & Discounts as implied on their face value.

Maryam Talakoob: Michael at Portola Drive, SF customer service, was an excellent and informed person who helped me select the items that qualified for FSA/HSA. He showed me the catalogue of CVS for products. He was patient and kind. What a wonderful employee. I hope Michael is appreciated by CVS.
Steven Lee: I was amazed this CVS location was very clean, organized and professional. My first time getting my prescription at the pharmacy. The pharmacies were very pleasant and helpful as compared to Walgreen at 18st/Castro. 18th/Castro Pharmacy could not find my prescription even though I showed them that I received a text message from Walgreen that my prescription is ready to pick up. I am glad to switch to CVS.

I have shopped here for years.Mary from the pharmacy is great at her job and makes me actually look forward to pick up my medicine.There’s more staff to highlight, i would if i knew everyone’s names.I do wish they had Wet n Wild makeup 💄
Anna Leon: I really appreciate the staff at this pharmacy. They are organized, efficient, and kind. I have been going here for years. They don’t have everything in stock. The CVS on Geary had more in stock. Recommend checking the app first. Be aware of the lunch time, I often forget.
P.: Usually they have something on sale. Tasty treats. Polite friendly staff.
