Shane Bendaña: here and each of those visits have been amazing! I go to them at least 1-2x per month to get new jewelry from them and they offer installation appointments so that I don’t have to worry about this. If I could give these guys more stars, I would!

Hannah: Lots of choices for jewelry and I was able to take my time choosing with Ferin. They were really nice and enthusiastic.It is a bit expensive but I was desperate to replace some temporary jewelry I had to put in when mine fell out. I was advised to consider the push-in styles instead of the screw ins I had and it is working so far.My flat, tragus, second earlobe are gold + cz pieces with titanium flat backings and came out to around $600 total including the installation.I’m glad they have an autoclave in house.Will update on how it is healing.
Ava: Got a second ear lobe piercing done in November with a friend. As a slightly more than average needle-nervous person, it was a great experience.They took the time to measure and plan the exact position of my piercing relative to all the other structures on my ear like my existing piercing and the tragus etc, and confirm it with me—unexpected but 110% appreciated! Helps if I’m ever brave enough to get a third one.Also their jewelry selection is extensive and fun.They answered all my questions perfectly and I felt very cared for.10/10 I’d go here for another piercing if I’m ever brave enough and had plans for one.

Alana also really explained how to thoroughly do aftercare. The nose piercing did hurt a bit with a pinching sensation, but it was really not that bad. It causes some eye watering, but that's just reflex.

The staff was super friendly and very accommodating to my requests, and they had me in and out super fast, I did make a appointment online prior to arriving so I’m sure that expedited the whole experience, so I would recommend make the appointment. But all in all I was very satisfied and will be going in again in the future for my next piercing.

Ana Oseguera: I have gotten four tattoos here, with three different artists. They are no longer there, but I really like this place. It's clean, everyone is friendly, and they have a variety of artists with different tattoing techniques, so view the artist portfolios on their website before going. They do take walk-in, but if possible, I would call and make an appointment, and that way, you can email them a picture of what you want. It makes things so much faster.

Maria Gargan: owned and the vibe is welcoming and friendly. Millie is a great artist and her fellow artists are kind an enjoyable to be around when you're getting work done. Their Flash Day events are well done and organized and one of these days, I'll partake in it. The shop is super clean and their setup is really cute - each artist shows their personality at each of their stations. Some nights it can get a little cold so bring a hoodie to blanket yourself. I don't mind it as I get too hot so a little cold is always welcome from time to time - especially if I'm getting inked in spicy spots on my arm. Highly recommend also checking out their guest artists be cause they come in with some different & cool work.
Maggie Ming: I've been here twice and Amanda was my tattoo artist, but I can say confidently that all the artists seem nice! They all come up and chat with you while you're getting tattooed. The studio is ginormous and clean looking, but it does get kind of cold so I would bring a cover up or something if you can. Very happy with my tattoo results, and will most likely be returning in the future. They have a lot of guests come through as well- so a lot of options to choose from for artists and styles of tattoos that you'd want. 😊 Also right by a bus stop! Easy to get to.

What appears to be a quiet curiosity shop opens into a sprawling tattoo studio with maybe the most diverse range of styles I’ve seen under one roof. Mimi Sama is a slick technician who added a subtle yet effective liquid gold to a black dahlia she sketched for my hand. The application was perfect and the care instructions clear. I highly recommend visiting Black Serum and Mimi Sama!

Mimi was very chill with it, she offered blankets if it was cold, and she said you can listen to music, watch anime or do whatever you need during the time. Leesha Emens: I got two tattoos here from Filip close to a year ago. Filip was great with communicating from the beginning. I got both tattoos the same day and the first hour was spent working through the designs. It was such a collaborative design experience, he created an initial sketch and modified it based on my input. He was great about taking in my thoughts while also sharing his point of view on the design, size and placements. He was very considerate about pausing for stretch breaks and snack breaks throughout the day. At the end he shared after care instructions which I always appreciate a refresher on even if I already have tattoos. The end result of it all is two amazing tattoos that I love and ones that get an endless amount of compliments from everyone.

Maria: Androidoh did an amazing job. From the moment we spoke I could tell he was enthusiastic about the project even though the pawprint tattoo was not his usual style. He was really helpful and patient as I was trying to figure out the placement and overall design. I could tell he really enjoyed doing this, which was reassuring, as this was my first tattoo so I was a bit nervous. I absolutely love how it came out and get many compliments on it. Androidoh was also really helpful with my questions regarding aftercare. I would highly recommend working with him and would definitely go back.
