I was cutting close on some time and needed a day turnaround for my project.Miss.Rose was so nice! I was met with problem solving, warmth and empathy. She helped me get my order submitted in person since if I were to submit online, my project wouldn't have made the timeframe I needed it. I thank her so much for her kindness!

Paul Okubo: This store is truly a huge community resource, uniquely serving, as i understand, not only our neighborhood but also the city of San Francisco. The store seems adequately stocked, but most importantly, their personnel - at least the individuals i was lucky to encounter - were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. My order-online-pickup-at-store hit a couple of snags but they were quickly overcome with the help of associates. i will single out Michael and Many by name from the few that i interacted with. Having this store and the associates in the neighborhood is awesome.
