Paul Okubo: This store is truly a huge community resource, uniquely serving, as i understand, not only our neighborhood but also the city of San Francisco. The store seems adequately stocked, but most importantly, their personnel - at least the individuals i was lucky to encounter - were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. My order-online-pickup-at-store hit a couple of snags but they were quickly overcome with the help of associates. i will single out Michael and Many by name from the few that i interacted with. Having this store and the associates in the neighborhood is awesome.

Jessica Arroyo: Working on a little DIY project and staff went above and beyond helping my family and I get all the supplies we need! The manager was also very friendly and made sure we were satisfied

Dupree saw I was frustrated and came over to help without me asking and was amazingly kind and helpful! Assisted with finding a solution to get that resume printed and even found my keys that I left in haste to get this done. Thank you!!!
