Robin Heckenlively: Stellar fashion, well made and constructed clothing with a variety of price points. Zara is on point. Happy to have the WC store to rely on as backup to the SF locations.

Piper Lyons: This review is specifically for John who I was lucky enough to be helped by the other day. I came in looking for a specific dress in which my Zara app said was most likely out of stock. John was extremely helpful, patient and searched for about 30 minutes till he found me the last dress! Can’t say that about most associates these days. John definitely deserves a raise for all his hard work and amazing customer service. Thanks again John!!!
Delency Parham: One time only , was I not pleased with their customer service. Other couple times process went without a hitch. That one time I feel was the result of a lazy employee. But who knows what they were going through that day. I like to give the benefit of the doubt. For the most part. Really cool store.

Vince Chang: Spoke with Armani on the phone 2 days before I had to attend a wedding. I was in need of an exchange of a shirt I bought that turned out to be too tight. Armani walked me through the next best size recommendations and held the shirt until I got there. It was quick and I was happy that he was able to help! Thank you!
Harris Weinberg: I would shop with Alvin even if I didn’t want any clothes just for the pleasure of being in the company of someone so gracious and competent.
Phillip Zackler: Alvin is the best. I am almost hesitant to write this so people don't book up his schedule. But do yourself a favor and work with him.

John Gabriel: Omar, Terry and Mohammed are very professional and caring. Fantastic service!
Vivek Sridharan: Service is excellent, plus they have a tailor on staff who can make alterations within 30 mins. Selection is not massive but it's a small store, whatever they do have is top notch.
Salar Shahini: Hugo Boss has always been great, but I am leaving this review mainly for the customer service at this store. All the staff esp Omar were very helpful and he took a lot of time to bring us different options, helping us with the tailoring while also bringing us espresso and whiskey. Stellar customer service and I will definitely visit this store again when I am back in SF!
Ardaman: Omar at the BOSS Store Westfield Mall location is awsme and the best Hugo Boss Associate ever. He knows how to treat his clients and knows what will fit/look good on them. 5 stars for the amazing experience.
