Satopon: I stopped by here on a whim, and they had a great selection of Christmas-related goods. The originality, quality, and fashion feel were so good that I ended up buying three items even though I only intended to look at them. I tried to negotiate a discount because I was buying multiple items, but since it was before Thanksgiving, I ended up giving up, but I highly recommend this store.

Paul Okubo: This store is truly a huge community resource, uniquely serving, as i understand, not only our neighborhood but also the city of San Francisco. The store seems adequately stocked, but most importantly, their personnel - at least the individuals i was lucky to encounter - were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. My order-online-pickup-at-store hit a couple of snags but they were quickly overcome with the help of associates. i will single out Michael and Many by name from the few that i interacted with. Having this store and the associates in the neighborhood is awesome.
