Robert Zunter: I called this morning because I had a job I needed to get to that required my jackhammer. I noticed it was out of oil. I searched online for a place around my neighborhood, which carried a certain type of hydraulic fluid. I had called several places with no luck, until I got ahold of Lucio on the phone. He was happy to look it up on his computer, then was nice enough to actually check to see if it was on the shelf. I asked if he could bring it up to the register and hold it for me because I was on the way to work. True to his word, when I came in it was behind the counter. I just want to thank him and let everyone know what a great employee this place has working for them. If you need help he is the man to see. Keep up the good work!!!

Lance Mellon: I needed a battery because away from home I went to start my car and it barely started with a real slow battery and since I knew my battery was already 5 years old I knew I better get one. I went to O'Reilly's and got a quote of $219 or something like that for a battery for my little Honda fit. I knew that didn't sound right so I checked online and they were much cheaper but I needed one today. I called a couple more places and found there was a Napa Auto parts store about 2 miles away and I called and I got a quote over $100 cheaper than O'Reilly. I went there and I asked the guy if I could borrow a wrench and even though they had signs there that they would not lend tools he found me his socket wrench. I grabbed the battery put it in and about 5 or 10 minutes gave him his wrench back got my refund for the old battery and was on my way. What a fantastic experience. Otherwise I could have been out a ton of money. Car works great now by the way. Thanks Napa!

Cuong Nguyen: Quick and easy experience. Called in to see if they have the battery I'm looking for and picked it up within the hour.
Philip Dellin: Great shop. Jason was very friendly and suggested that before I buy a new battery we try to see if his overnight charge would work. It did!! Happy customer!
Jedi Lewis: It's where I go to turn in my scrap batteries. Slightly shady though. All the sudden they dropped the return value on battery deposits. So someone payed $10.00 for the battery deposit, but they're only paying $9.00 for the return.

George Franklin: Was buying so motor oil and was having some difficulty being an older shopper. Without being asked Charles, a store employee, came and asked if I needed assistance. Told him what I needed and he pulled it off the shelf for me. He gave great customer service. Also other auto parts stores sometimes offer a one size fits all part, which will not always fit. I find NAP parts are much closer to OEM fit. Thank you Charles for your help.
