Lance Mellon: I needed a battery because away from home I went to start my car and it barely started with a real slow battery and since I knew my battery was already 5 years old I knew I better get one. I went to O'Reilly's and got a quote of $219 or something like that for a battery for my little Honda fit. I knew that didn't sound right so I checked online and they were much cheaper but I needed one today. I called a couple more places and found there was a Napa Auto parts store about 2 miles away and I called and I got a quote over $100 cheaper than O'Reilly. I went there and I asked the guy if I could borrow a wrench and even though they had signs there that they would not lend tools he found me his socket wrench. I grabbed the battery put it in and about 5 or 10 minutes gave him his wrench back got my refund for the old battery and was on my way. What a fantastic experience. Otherwise I could have been out a ton of money. Car works great now by the way. Thanks Napa!

George Bordi: Great place. If they don't have your part they can usually get it same day. Always helpful and willing to take the time to find a part even without a number and nothing more then a vague description. Highly recommend.
Ceiba Perry: The sales people here are very knowledgeable. Even though I have an OReilys around the corner of my house, I drive here when I need to get advice on parts. Nowadays, everything is made in China, at least Napa offers the “better than average” China quality.
