Keith Metcalfe: Well above average physical store to go and compare computers, televisions, laptops, accessories, tablets, and more. If you work on desktop computers this is an excellent store to buy new hardware.

Alan Shirek (Alan): Best experience I have ever had at Best Buy. A Geek Squad member named Mike helped me deal with an older laptop that had died. I had gone in with the idea of replacing the old laptop. I bought a replacement with some advice from Mike. He worked with me for over an hour to begin to transfer as much data as he could from the old laptop to the new one. A really good experience.

Julia H: It's so nice to have a brick and mortar store to go and look around compare and get customer service for my items. They could use more help because I was waiting behind someone who was in the customer service line and there was no one at the register. However it wasn't terribly long until someone else came up and manned the register.
zoecalifornia: I didn't go inside, but I used their drive up service. It went well, I didn't have to wait long for my products to be brought out. The associate that brought my things out was polite. No complaints.

Eddie Valadez: The Lego Store located in the SF Westfield mall is very small and surprisingly busy. Most customers were browsing and admiring the Lego models. I never realized how Legos were priced. Expensive but unique.

Gwen Allamby: Sad it was closing for good. Was a great store. Employees were always very helpful. Now, more people without jobs because of the greed if a corporation!
Alessandra: Sad to see this as well as most Disney stores go. Whenever I was in the area I loved coming into the store and checking out the merchandise and just to enjoy the magical Disney decor & environment. A taste of Disney, outside of the parks. I always had a pleasant visit at the Disney Store.
Anne Kwan: The Disney Store is a great place to shop for all Disney fans, no matter if you are young or the young at heart. This store always provides a large range of memorabilia representing the latest Disney movies. Plus, they do have all time favorites, such as Mickey Mouse and Winnie the Pooh. The prices reflect the high quality merchandise. The staff are courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. The store is well maintained in response to the COVID-19 safety standards.

fallendarkangelley22: I love the Disney store. It's Always a pleasant experience. Employes are always friendly, helpful and informative. I love that there is so much stuff there but don't like how there isn't more variety in clothing sizes for kids and adults. I'm so super sad that many Disney stores are going to be closing for good this month. Online shopping is Really starting to Ruin in store shopping experiences. No amount of detail information about a product online does justice to actually seeing and feeling the item. Rumor has it, Target stores might section out an area for Disney products. It definitely will Not be the same as a actual Disney store experience.
