Deborah O'Kelley: Kenny is the absolute best! We cameall the way from ATL & he made sure we got what we needed! Thank you for such a great experience! can’t wait to return! -Your new ATL friends!
Christopher Reynolds: Kenny was great help with picking a tasty hot sauce!
Ariel Daverio: Great variety of hot sauce. Excellent atention
Exiel Amadeus: What an interesting store, I always wanted there to be one like this. The boy who attended explained everything you wanted to know and there is also a tasting of them. I ordered the spiciest one in the place and tried it at home. The flavor is more botanical than for your meals. It is very rich, although it could be better. It is spicy but easily bearable. There are many commercial and not so commercial brands.
Jim Prescott: Came in mostly out of curiosity, had an amazing conversation with the clerk there, Maximilian. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. You could tell he really knew and cared about the products, even helped us find which hot sauces were tomato free for my wife. Good dude.
Joseph Nygaard: A really fun selection of barbecue sauces, hot sauces, dry rubs, and a couple of other unexpected things. I guarantee you'll try something you love and something you've never had before!
Rynn uwu: Gina was awesome!! She was super fun and we had a blast while trying out the different peppers. The one you have to sign a waiver for is no joke! But everything was super yummy
Reddy Reviews: OMG, so many options and a great selection — samples! Dare “The End”
Thomas Greenlaw: Ed is awesome
Tambu T: Awesome collection of sauces and staff so friendly and happy to recommend some picks. I sampled a LOT and can say they were all exceptional
andrew lewis: Loved this place, amazing selection! Best shop in florida mall, owner knew his stuff, he was really cool and friendly too. Please open a branch in the UK
Mintha Jones: Ed, the manager, was awesome! He explained things in great detail, and we left feeling good about our purchases
Jason Macarthur: Staff was great. There was a lot to choose from and the sample bar had us sweating
Grayson Robinson: This place is amazing!! Always get Christmas essentials here. One of the workers suggested their maple chipotle rub on popcorn and I seriously won’t eat it any other way now!! Must try place!
Matt Woollam: Fast becoming one of my favourite stores, Greta interaction with staff they are friendly welcoming knowledgeable and the ability to test sauces makes a huge difference and enable you to find the right sauce. Jay is an incredible member of staff he has served me the past two times I've been in and is a credit to the company.
Julien DeSantis: Awesome store. It was my first time there and Nayala helped me pick out a bunch of great gifts for Christmas. Thanks!

rahman Mabra: Great products. They could be a little bit more cheaper. But they did cure my cancer and I am internal grateful.Thank you
Edwige A.: The cheese section is impressive!
Amber Zertuche: It's a special treat to myself to go to rainbow grocery. They have all the good bulk foods, the best produce, and so many vegan treats to try. Always great customer service too.
Jacqueline Tona: Best place for bulk and organic items. Oh, and the cute house things aisle. And SPICES!
Bill Appleton: People always make a difference, love Rainbow people.
B. Li: Excellent coop spot with a great selection of specialty products, especially herbs and house made olive oil.Would highly recommend it if you're in the area and want to pick up something like dark chocolate cherries or a local red wine. Also, notably a better spot to get certain spices like whole nutmegs
milagrosa khigenova: Best groceries anywhere in the Bay Area. Best selection of plant based cheese and yogurt. Wish you had a second location in Russian Hill pacific heights — since Whole Foods was bought by Amazon I live in a grocery wasteland
H D: Great grocery store - runs pricey but they have great selections on many things. Especially love their herbal section/teas and vitamin section. Appreciate the vegan goodies too!
Elliott Winslow: Rainbow takes me back.
Rebecca Bodicky: and found the power bar I wanted for the plane ride home.I was so happy to see that it hasn't changed much since the last time I was here, in the 90s. That's something! It was exciting to see that the bulk section is still the same, BYO containers, and that the layout hasn't changed either. I wound up also getting a hat and had a hard time choosing a couple of single cans of probiotics and kombuchas because the selection was vast.I can't tell you how much I wish this was a store in my city: it would take 20 stores to make up this one and it probably still would be as robust. I took a couple pictures just to indicate the 1975 established old world charm. I'm so glad this gem is still around. Employee owned and operated, everyone was helpful and seemed happy at their job.
Ryan M.: One of the best grocery stores In SF. Very high quality stuff that is worth the price

Brendan McGeown: . Their tuna salsa is probably my favorite I’ve ever had! Also nice selection of wines and liquor
A F: Very cute trendy neighborhood corner store/deli with pantry staples, light fare, refrigerated snacks and drinks like yogurt, cheese, sandwiches, chips. I don't expect food value from this store, only vibes, curated goods, and it delivers.Empty on a weekday afternoon, but there's a small seating area for ~10 people.
Jacqueline Tona: Lovely market, great liquor, wine and beer selection, and so many delightful treats. Cheese, crackers, olives... if you forgot something for the party, you will find something great here.
Grace Windheim: Beautiful space and good selection of artisanal foods
Pat Arcangel: Always fresh produce and food items
Cody Goodman: Vibiest and most well curated convenience store in town. I love that they have a little cafe that serves counter culture coffee—it’s like a luxury bodega
Elsa Gomez: Love this spot! The counter staff is always so friendly and sweet, and the food is always delicious.
Adrienne Lin: This is a review for their froyo. Yes, this froyo was so good, it compelled me to write a review immediately on a Saturday evening. Or maybe I had nothing better to do. I digress.Foodhall’s froyo was probably the best I’ve tried. It was creamy, silky, and dense…yet had a lighter mouthfeel than ice cream would normally be with this consistency. I got a hint of that yogurt tang I love, but I think it would still be mild enough for those averse to tart froyo. They have a variety of toppings, and I went with olive oil & sea salt. They accentuated the lovely texture and mild flavor without overpowering it. Heavenly. Definitely pricey at $7, but worth it.
Welf von Hören: Very friendly service and great selection. For the cafe area, unfortunately very loud music and noisy machines.
Rosa Mendoza: Find everything and good service
Prachi Gupta: Love this shop, it is so fancy
gpbfsf gpbfsf: Nice very special place
Nick Fiacco: Foodhall makes one of my favorite frozen yogurts in San Francisco!

J Frank (JF1973): Lucca Delicatessen is truly a gem when comes to fresh meats and cheeses. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with the most delicious aromas cured meats and aged cheeses. The staff knowledgeable and passionate about their products, always eager to help you find the selection for your needs. The variety of meats and cheeses available is impressive, ranging from classic favorites like prosciutto and mozzarella to more unique finds like truffle-infused salami and blue cheese. Everything is sourced from high-quality producers, ensuring that every bite is bursting with flavor.Whether you're putting together a charcuterie board for a party or simply looking to elevate your sandwich game, Lucca Delicatessen has everything you need. The prices are reasonable for the quality you receive, making it a go-to spot for any meat and cheese lover.Overall, I highly recommend Lucca Delicatessen for its exceptional selection of fresh meats and cheeses. You won't be disappointed with the delicious options and top-notch service they provide.
The Shiny Dog: A taste of Italy right in the Marina! Transport yourself to Europe in this tiny little store that has lines out the door at lunch time over the weekends - you surely want to gonin when you see that! They're know for their delicious sandwiches, meats and other European fare that will make your weekend picnic at the Crissy beach well worth the visit, and your tummy singing with happiness.
Jersey 12: The best sandwich I have ever had anywhere. Been around since 1929, which is amazing in this day and age.Vegetarian options: Just get a sandwich without meat. The different varieties of Acme bread are great. The tomatoes, Italian peppers and sun dried tomatoes are excellent.
Doreen Rehbock: Busy, Fun, so much to see, smell, taste and buy.... The sandwiches are delicious!!! The meats are Devine...Kid-friendliness: Lucca's is a very tiny and tight shop. We usually only send 1 person into order and pickup. There are two lovely benches and other seating not too far from the front door, so family or friends can wait. This is a very small and tiny shop Very narrow path It's a good idea to grab the to-go menu stand outside while you make your decisions and send one person in to do the ordering and pickup. There are plenty of benches around for you to sit and wait with the kids while your order is fulfilled.Wheelchair accessibility: It would be recommended to call in ahead and order as the space is very tight in this tiny historical building. If you wanted to shop I would suggest calling the owner to make arrangements.

n feehan: excellent Italian sandwich, worth it to pay extra for Calabrian chili spread. Will be coming back to try the hot sandwiches and their ample bread selection
RODOLFO DE OLIVEIRA COSTA: Molinari Deli is a gem in the heart of the city, offering an authentic Italian delicatessen experience that is second to none. From the moment you step inside, the rich aroma of fresh ingredients and the friendly, welcoming atmosphere make you feel right at home. The deli is a feast for the senses, with a vast array of Italian meats, cheeses, and specialty items that showcase the true essence of Italian cuisine.I had the chicken cutlet sandwich, and it was absolutely phenomenal. The chicken was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. It was complemented by fresh, flavorful toppings and nestled in a deliciously crusty roll that tied everything together beautifully. Each bite was a delightful blend of textures and tastes, embodying the quality and tradition that Molinari Deli is known for.The staff at Molinari Deli are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their offerings, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or stocking up on gourmet Italian goods, Molinari Deli is a must-visit destination for anyone who appreciates top-notch Italian fare.
Caroline: Wide variety of cold cuts, pastrami, salami, prosciutto, turkey and much more. Aged beef and a great choice of fresh and vintage cheeses.Take your time to choose from the menu as it is very rich and caters to all taste buds.We had a Luciano, a Turkey basil and a pastrami sandwich; all delicious!A must try . We always go back.
Matthew Farley: My Brooklynite spouse will now not divorce me for at least five more years. No joke best deli I've been to west of Philadelphia. Owner's son was in the shop and provided incredible service. Can't recommend highly enough for items by the lb -OR- built sandwiches. Heavenly mortadella and sopressata.
Jonathan Catalan: Amazing deli with the most knowledgeable staff. I love supporting family businesses. I originally found this place to obtain Italian sausage for an old Italian Beef Stew Recipe. They put aside the ten pounds of sausage for me that was ready to go upon arrival. So happy to have found this place. Also, thanks for the best spicy salami in town!

Cara W: I adore this neighborhood grocery store. Whether I’m picking provisions for a day in the park or groceries, they always have what I need. They’re made to order deli sandwiches are delicious and an essential addition to any day spent in nearby Golden Gate Park!
Obi Felten: I love this place. Found it on my first day I moved to SF and have been buying here ever since. Great fruit and veg, milk, eggs, yoghurt and great chocolate selection. Decent bread and cheese. OK fish and prepared food. Friendly and cheerful staff.
Jack Tso: but this one is the best to try.
sixpool: Gus’s is one of the reasons why it’s so hard for me to relocate to another city/state. You’ll never find customer service and produce quality like here.
brian noble: great local market. fantastic produce. excellent butcher. coffee. newspapers. shop where sf fire does.
Miriam Miriam: amazing poke bowl!!
Youcef Boussena: Good food and friendly staff
Laura Brown: The selection, especially of produce, is fantastic - do not let the small size fool you. Also much better quality than surrounding larger chain groceries.
Josh Kent: Amazing store that lets anyone in long as they are respectful. This guy here has been seen yelling homophobic slurs with his girlfriend dating back to 10-31-23. San Francisco is a sanctuary city and actions against the LGBTQ community and homeless community is illegal. This guy needs to learn his lesson and not be allowed in with his hateful girlfriend to such a beautiful place that tolerates every walk of life.
ryan hussey: Coffee here is nice... bread is $$$ but really nice.

Alyssa McGowan: This place is every tea 🍵 fans dream! They offer free tea tasting paired with information about each tea and its benefits. The young woman conducting the tea tasting is super knowledgeable of all the tea’s properties and how they help all different kinds of ailments. My fiancé has high blood pressure and trouble sleeping. When asked what teas would help these issues, she jumped into action and gave recommendations followed up by a taste of those suggested teas. Did you know you’re supposed to wash your tea leaves before steeping to get rid of dust and grime? Me either! But now we do and it will become an unconscious practice when returning home. Very friendly staff and wide variety of tea. A must try if you’re ever on Grant in SF. 10 stars!

M C: Uncle Gee is the GOAT.
Max Conelly: "Uncle" was a hoot. It was a show and tasting experience. We purchased some tea for home and it is wonderful. He had some sage advice for my teenage son and made his first visit to chinatown a memorable one.

Winter W: When we stepped in the store, two sales people with a lovely smile gave us champagne. They are all friendly, patient and not pushy at all. We went to second floor to try on some men shoes. Gia was so nice, and not following us all the time, which made the shopping experience comfortable and relaxing.I tried different shoes and each time I asked, she also brought some other similar style of shoes and let me try on. When we were waiting, a gentleman came to us with some chocolates, different flavors. After a while, more champagne. That’s so attentive. We actually went to some other luxury brand stores the same day and the experience here is the best.
R “RR”: Stellar service: refurbished recently bought but worn shoes to new condition. Tailored a beautiful black cameo shirt for free with purchase. Love this place for stylish long-lasting beautiful fashion. Love everything g about theirs. Thank you to Michale!!!
