Vicente Guerrero: UPS was able to help track a package that I was not able to get delivered for a few days. Within ours, my package was delivered and I was able to complete my work in San Francisco right before it was time to go back home to Texas!
Urjit Singh Bhatia: Review is only for Diego - the person who was attending the location Jan-24-2024. He was friendly, sympathetic and found my package containing a very valuable document which UPS had lost with the status: "resident has moved". UPS really needs to train their drivers and do Quality Assurance but Diego went above and beyond to help me find my missing package.
