Ellen Higgins: While entering this gorgeous pet store in Albany, CA., we were asked, by a beautiful girl, Asatta, could she be of help, absolutely, yes!We needed a name tag for our Beagle, Bailey Boo & every other place between pre buying, limited styles &having to operate the machine ourselves, it seemed we’d arrived at the right place with the most fun jovial employee. She accomplished the task in no time and directed our attention to a display of 75% off toys, yey for Bailey! While we were there we saw dogs & customers enter, & it was one such pups Birthday… a celebration, treat ensued. We had so much fun & this is exactly where I like to spend my money, terrific atmosphere, Asatta & others clearly loved their jobs & why would we shop anywhere else? Well Done!

Faith Brown: I have 2 guinea pigs and a chihuahua so I love going to these stores to grab what I need fast. Every now and then they may be out of a specific flavor but there are usually plenty of options so I still can get what I need.

Pedro Vicente: Nice place for my pet needs whenever I don’t want to drive all the way to Petco. It is a touch more expensive compare to Petco and Amazon.The bath option is nice, especially for my big dog who hates going to the groomer.
Marti Dion: Small store but knowledgeable staff. Best of all, you buy 3 of one item and get 4th free. And as I explored foods that my allergy-prone pup could eat, found out you can return what doesn't work. You can. Also take food to them to donate tolocal shelters

Alex Chavez: and Rabies. You are in and out the door waiting 5 minutes! Their appointments fill up VERY fast, so you’ll want to make sure you set an alarm on the day and time that appointments will be released. Look at their website to know when.
Prashanth Iyer: We had our dog Bruno neutered. I would like to thank reception and all the nurse for the amazing care of my dog. Astera who is reception representative was helpful and also the nurse.I recommend this place.

Ben Gates: Great facility. I TNR ferrel cats. They provide a greatly discounted rate for their spay/ neuter services. Have not used any of their other services. But, based on my experience here they are doing great work at supporting individuals like myself trying to keep the cat population down. Donate if you are able.
Eric Cicalese: Best place to get your pet spayed or neutered along with basic vaccine. Building is very new. I was able to get my new dog in next day. Staff answered all my questions. I was out of there with a neuter and 2 vaccines and pain medication for exactly $300 which is less then half of what the commercial or private practice vets charge.
