Jackie Vresics: I’m an avid crafter but haven’t delved deeply into needlepoint yet. Saw the store as I was walking by and popped in. They have an incredible selection of threads and canvases. The staff was friendly. I got a very simple project to start with and will be back for something more advanced once I get the hang of it!
Veronica Sent: Amazing selection in a beautiful location, super nice and helpful staff
Douglas Provencher: As a long time needle pointer I want to thank everyone at the magical store in San Francisco. Needlepoint Inc is by far the best needlepoint store in the US and in my humble opinion all of Europe. Never have I seen more beautiful silk threads. The canvases are over the moon. Their finishing is always perfection. To top it off the staff are always so helpful. They have been there for years. They are always ready to help you.We are so very luck to have this wonderful store in our city! Susan Provencher.
Norrie Thomas: The staff and owner feel like part of my family. I’ve been a customer for 30 years- I’m still a customer
Diana M: This has always been one of my favorite stores. The selection is marvelous and the staff have great suggestions. A must go to shop for sure.
Honora Mulligan: Although I haven't been able to get to the shop recently due to health issues, I can attest to the fact that Needlepoint Inc. has the best selection of canvases anywhere! Now that I'm ready to take needle in hand again, I'll be ordering online from Needlepoint Inc. I'm looking forward to the day when I can visit in person once again!
jose brizuela: The best needlepoint store in the United States
Kathy Perry: The best needlepoint finishing anywhere. They are helpful and knowledgeable!!
Carmen Elena Alfonzo: Spectacular
Carla Thomas: Wonderful place to shop!
Daphne Puerto: Friendly and helpful staff, huge selection of canvases and threads. They carry their house sick in every color imaginable. No cotton perles stocked.

Dmitry Feldman: Brad brought our family's Singer sewing machine back to life in one day. Excellent service.
Meredith Tennent: Sherri and Brad are outstanding! I first went there to have my 13 year old Miele vacuum fixed. Brad not only got it back in working but it looked almost new when I picked it up. Then he serviced my Babylock sewing machine, gave me invaluable advice on threads and helped me with free motion quilting. Sherri got me up to speed on my sewing machine and all its ins and outs. They re my go to people.
Sophie Palmer: AMAZING sewing machine repair shop. I needed a part that I couldn’t find anywhere for an old antique singer sewing machine and this shop had it.
Regina Cole: The best ever! Sherri and Brad are honest, hard working and very professional. Brad knows how to repair machines. He is always taking classes to upgrade his skills. In the past I had repair shops ruin my machines. Sergealot you can trust. Sherri is incredible knowledge of all the machines. If you would like to advance your skills on sergers or machines, take her class and take plenty of notes. She is a true educator and knowledge in her field. Support this family and support small business. A unique business and shop for machines, vacuums, vacuum repair, notions and fabric.
Yuki C: . I was getting into sewing at the time, and was trying to figure out my mom's old sewing machine. With the help of the family at Serge A Lot, I was recommended to buy an entry level Baby Lock sewing machine that was not too expensive
Mia WANG: The prices were reasonable, and I enjoyed browsing through the various sewing supplies. Sadly their shop had a limited selection of fabrics and accessories, making it difficult to find what I needed. I was not satisfied with the selection at this sewing shop.
Katie Rosenshein: Knowledgeable,kind and caring
Anna Del Castello: Very happy with the service! I had my miele vacuum repaired here. Love that this is a family-owned business as well. They were quick, and knowledgeable!
Carol Weber: Love this shop!!!
jennifer lum: Snagged a great deal on a used Baby Lock!I honestly can't remember why I thought to check out Serge A Lot. I generally think about boutique businesses as being expensive for purchasing appliances, but after stumbling upon them, I couldn't be happier that I did.I was just looking for a standard sewing machine--nothing fancy, and was considering a "heavy duty Singer" at Joann fabrics. The model didn't seem all that "heavy duty," and I just felt like I should look around. I heard good things about Baby Lock though it's a new brand to me.I stopped by Serge A Lot to check out a basic Baby Lock model, and the young woman pointed out she had a consignment for a nice, used, higher grade unit. I'm never one to shy away from gently-used, so I pounced and am thrilled. Not only did I get a deal, but I felt happy that I could support a local business, and one who seems to really care about their community.I don't sew much, but when I do, I'll rely on Serge A Lot. They also seem to self-service the machines which is great when it's time for me to do that. As I recall they also have thread and some notions in addition to classes.Proud to support my Ingleside neighbors!
Peggy Cleary: Very friendly and helpful staff. Repaired my Bernina 930 within a few days. They sell sewung machines, sergers, and parts, attachments and supplies . Also sewing and quilting tools, thread and some fabric, including extra wide backing fabric.
James Freeborn: Wonderful family owned business. She is so incredibly helpful!
J Daniel: Great service. Tuned up my vacuum that stopped working due to being clogged and in bad condition after many years. It’s nice to have appliance repair in the neighborhood and helps to avoid sending items to the landfill.
Hanya Gonzales: Excellent service and very helpful. Warm and knowledgeable owners/staff. I recommend them to everyone. I have several machines of various types/models and I get really good results.
Cynthia Lee: Very, very friendly and honest service. Family owned and run business. Would come back to get vacuum and sewing machine tune ups.

Michael Gordon: Large selection of yarn, friendly and helpful staff.
Brittany Ferrero: - the owner let me bring my bike inside where it would be safe, and then spent about 20 minutes helping research what kind of yarn and crochet hook I needed for a project.
