Paul Okubo: This store is truly a huge community resource, uniquely serving, as i understand, not only our neighborhood but also the city of San Francisco. The store seems adequately stocked, but most importantly, their personnel - at least the individuals i was lucky to encounter - were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. My order-online-pickup-at-store hit a couple of snags but they were quickly overcome with the help of associates. i will single out Michael and Many by name from the few that i interacted with. Having this store and the associates in the neighborhood is awesome.

Amy Liu: I walked into staples to pick up my ordered for wedding invitation prints and of course I had lots of questions. I was impressed with the excellent customer service from Joan and Josh. They were so helpful in showing and explaining the difference in the type of printing paper and card stock I could use so I won’t be surprised when I pick up my prints! I also learned that I could save all my files as PDF to print instead of JPG and PNG to get higher printing resolutions! Thank you for all the help! I really appreciate it!
