Bill Richardson: Its a good morning out. It's well organised. We did it easy in an hour and a half. It might be slower on wet days.Visited on Weekday Wait time 30–60 min Reservation recommended Yes …
Mike H.: Not so cheap to see the old building, but worth seeing one time.Visited on Weekday Reservation recommended Yes …
WL Tan: This one of our highlights in our SF visit. Appreciate the audio tour. Even though much was said about how terrible the place was, I think Alcaltraz waa much better than some prisons in South East Asia. I recommend that this is a must-go place when in SF.
Parcelero88: Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Yes
James Baker: A must place to visit if in San Francisco. There is no admission to the island, however there is a fee to take the boat to the island. The views from Alcatraz are amazing. A FYI there is a lot of walking on the island, a lot of up hill. There are some people movers but it's first come first serve. There is an audio tour of the cell house which is very interesting. Plan about half a day between the ferry to and from and touring the island.

Que W.: very fun!! we did king arthur and the puzzles were entertaining as well as the decor. very kind hosts as well
Bill Mooney: King Arthur room was very clever and well-designed, with a couple of highlights near the end. Julian was very nice.
57 MAX: Came near days end. Staff are great. Gen is absolutely awesome and supportive. We had a blast. Best out of all other escape rooms.
Zael ...: Great escape room, puzzles were on an appropiate level. I enjoyed the level of immersion with such simple details. Would come back for other rooms
Jess Tetro: Loved King Arthur's legacy. We have played many escape rooms. My partner and I have designed some as well. This is by far one of the best I've ever played. The puzzles were solid. Our host Julian was great. There were many satisfying moments and our successes had a good pay off. We went as a group of 3. There are enough puzzles that I would also say a group of six would enjoy it as well. The theming and decorations were cool. Make sure you play this one!
Rose Ritonya: . It was a blast! Reminded me of an old-school escape room flash game, and the puzzles flowed naturally from one to another!
Mark Templin: The King Arthur Experience is definitely a brain teaser and was fun for my team from work! Thank you!
Jon Holsbach: Great escape room. Well thought out. Lots of fun and very challenging.
Dhiraj Bhat: Great for bonding and team building!
scott weires: Friendly staff and inventive multi-room mid-evil adventure.
Rich K: Had a team building event for 40+ people and found EscapeSF! They were able to come onsite and set up their "Sabotage" game to accommodate our large group - Andre was really easy to work with and responsive to questions, and most importantly the game was fun and enjoyed by everyone. Would definitely recommend!
Joe Parreira: Wonderful Experience, will happily recommend and do it again.Thank you for the opportunity

Lauren Bensinger: Great fun and experience for a parent's night out!
Michelle Kwon: The Attraction was by far the craziest, most immersive / mind blowing, out of this world escape room.Definitely would want to go back and try their other rooms. 10/10. It's on the pricier side, but 100% worth it. We had 5 people, and no one was standing around waiting doing nothing.Puzzles were thought out, and once completed, we were rewarded with instant delight / surprises at every room.
Luis Yuja: It was actually really fun! But credit to my team for their brains and for being highly invested in figuring things out.
Myishia Dean: Oh my great googly moogly!!! This was the BEST escape room I've ever done! A group of 6 embarked on a journey to escape from the "Attraction" and we did, but the journey was no easy feat. We laughed, we yelled, we had FUN. We HAD to use our noggins in a group effort to escape. If you're looking for a challenge and something immersive THIS IS IT! Worth every penny!
Heidi Kim: First off, this venue is in the Palace of Fine Arts, which is an incredible site and tourist destination SF. It's just gorgeous. Palace Games is in the back, a little bit hard to find, but incredible location. We booked the Edison Room and private game room for my daughter's birthday party. The whole experience was outstanding. The escape room itself was super interesting and challenging. While the kids were in the escape room, the parents were in the game room watching them work via CCTV. It was super entertaining and fun for us to watch them work out the clues and work together. It was an awesome bonding experience and super fun. A few of my daughter's friends told me that this was the best escape room that they've done. The staff was truly exceptional. They were so accommodating, easy to work with and nice. AND the game room! Fantastic room: nice decorations, a sink, microwave and ice machine, plenty of table space and seating. The party was a smash success. We will be back to try their other rooms, and a few other parents/ families are also interested. Thank you Palace Games for an awesome, memorable experience!
Yusuke Osada: Was very fun and thematic, great atmosphere.Try arriving early though, since SF local traffic can be a nightmare.
Abhijeet Pate: The attraction was amazing!

MChey: Great for the littles & adults alike. We had too much fun trying to navigate our way out of the mirror maze. The music and lights made a super fun ambiance. Definitely something you must experience, we loved it so much we went back through the opposite way. The lady at the counter was very nice and welcoming. There were only two of us at first so it wasn’t extremely difficult to navigate but when a big group came in it made it much harder to find your way which was a lot of fun. Highly recommend giving this place a visit

Kane Miller: ! My friend and I had a hilarious moment where we kept talking to each others reflections while being right next to each other. Definably a highlight of my trip. also it's really cheap and it only takes like 10-30 minutes.
Mason Peckels: Wow only downside about this place is that it could totally take on 4× the amount of space it has now and be so awesome! It's still pretty cool though. Me and my wife came here and it made us feel like little kids again! So much fun. It's super clean which I'd imagine is difficult given the amount of mirrors. We spent probably 20-30 minutes here and had a blast. The location is up on the second floor of pier 39 on I belive the corner of the first courtyard area. The staff here was very friendly and happy which made the experience so great.Any age person can come here and have fun!
Paulina Corona: I had a blast going through here. Very beautiful visuals put together. Family had a blast with guest that were also attending. Recommend coming here made our rainy day a sunshine.Reservation recommended Not sure …
Mariam Nersisyan: Such a a fun place!!! We spent a good amount of time in here and truly enjoyed every second of it!Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …
nova: Price is $10 per person but it’s definitely worth it. You get gloves and there is mirrors and music everywhere. It’s a pretty simple maze overall and takes around 10 minutes but it’s still fun especially if there’s not lots of people around. 🙌Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …
J: Neat, the price is right, quick experience though.

Jesse Nichols: Honestly, this place is legit fun, and well worth shelling out $10 for. I'm an SF local, and was of course skeptical about going to fisherman's wharf for anything, but our 6yo loved it and my wife and I did, too. It was well done, and I think we easily spent a half hour or more in there.
Andrea N: Hadn't done anything like this in years. Fun little maze!Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …

Mikaila Smith: We absolutely loved the medieval madness room and the wizard trials room — it’s delightfully challenging! Andi was so wonderful and helpful and made us feel so welcome. We wish there were more rooms to try!
David Azpeitia: It's fun and challenging 😃👍
Erika Check Hayden: The wizard room was great for 5 teens and the staff was friendly and easy to work with.
Siim Põder: . Great experience!
Clifton Smith: Very chill and knowledgeable staff.
Cynthia Mosqueda: We came here for a work event and completed the Wizard Trials one. It was challenging enough and a great team building exercise!
Lyrical Rose: Big thanks to Andi and EJ who were super helpful when we arrived at opening time
koolkraft boutique: Enjoyed the red wire escape room. Able to escape with some help with the host. The host was super nice. We came in the evening and the area was a little sketch but will go back again to try another game.
Heather Campbell: I had the best time! I loved that I had the opportunity to ask for a hint- and it really was one- when we got stumped. The room was so creative. Honestly, though, what put it to a full five stars was how accessible it is. I’m disabled and work with a service dog and they were amazing at asking questions and offering solutions before my experience to make sure I had a fun but safe time. I felt confident and understood. The staff are amazing.
Lynn Shannon: Great staff!

Yesenia Collazo: Great experience and excellent customer service. Definitely will come back!
Chelsea Cheyenne: Madilyn and Lennon were the best they literally were so much help! It was our first time doing an escape room and it was so much fun! Can’t wait to come back!
Ken Wong: January 2024:Tried the lost treasure room. We had four people total and almost completed the task. The place is very nicely decorated. The workers are very friendly. This seemed like a very well run place. I will definitely come back again to try another room.
Francisco Villalobos: 7 deadly sins was fun but also very challenging. Our game host Anthony was great and made it a good experience.
Brianne Sherman: Generally a game master will let you know to skip something if it can’t be in play due to technical issues. We escaped but left feeling a bit like we’d wasted our money. We got an email afterwards saying we didn’t escape but we definitely did within the time allotted, even with broken puzzles and misplaced pieces.I’d be willing to come back and try another room as maybe this one was just an off night. It was still fun!
Erica Bristol: The staff is so kind and helped us out with some Groupon issues. The room was difficult but they gave us a few extra minutes so finish the room. Such a great experience.
Mary W: Great first time experience! Loved the private aspect of it and the puzzles and room were curated perfectly. Can't wait to go back!

Lauro Rangel: I feel like a drunk little kid everytime I visit
Mark Kraman: + Clean, cool multi-level space+/- OK cocktail menu+/- Kind of lacking an elevated vibe later in the night, meaning a sparse dance floor even around 12-1am. I bet it's much better with a celebrity DJ.- A lot of games, but many are broken
Binx: They have great games and loved that I could play DDR, but the music is so loud you can't even hear the sounds from the games and you have to yell at someone from across the table. It's a nice space, it you all could turn the music down just a few decibels I feel more people would make it a staple place to go.Atmosphere: 4/5 …
Kane Miller: The games are cheap. Drinks cost about as much as any other bar. They always have movies playing with subtitles on. The staff is friendly. The arcade machine all worked and they have numbers to text if you have any issues.Wheelchair accessibility: You wouldn't be able to get to the upper floors with a wheel chair. But the first two floors have ramps. The place is also extremely busy so it might be hard to navigate.
