A. Bachik: Solid Buffalo Exchange - positive, attentive and friendly staff members.Thank you.
Cheryl Mcghee: Wonderful thrift store just around the corner from 24th St station. I came in to sell and the employees were super nice. They carefully folded the clothes they didn’t take back into my tote bag and were very polite in explaining why. Stick to this Buffalo, avoid the one in the panhandle.
Grace Lin: Nice shop
Adriana M: Miss Crystal was amazing I can’t wait to come back manager so helpful I had such a fun experience!!! Much Love staff !!!
Sophia Althammer: Really cool vintage clothes at a good price!
Gidget Bogard: The buyers are all very kind and knowledgable, and let you know why they pass on certain items! Lots of quirky jewelry and funky shoes. Not a whole lot of plus size clothes usually, but I’m hopeful more will be there during future visits!
Lo: Came here after brunch to check out the stuff. They clothes are not cheap like goodwill but you also have to remember some of the brands are very expensive at original pricing. There was a lot of people there, you can look through the clothes pretty fast. I was able to find one top that I love really fast. I also found 2 mens sweaters for my partner. There are dressing rooms in the back you can use to try on clothes. They accept returns within 5 days of purchase with receipt and all tags still on the clothing. Make sure you bring a tote bag or you will have to pay $2.50 for one.

Suzanne Chen: You can find some wonderful pieces here. The price is still higher than other resales.
stratusplague: This place is great… I trade or sell clothing here prolifically but they don’t jus buy any old thing: make sure you bring stuff that’s stylish and SEASONAL. —— that’s a big one. Wont buy a coat in the spring or summer, won’t buy a pair of shorts in the winter, etc
Joshua Volschow: I love this location! The workers are always so cool and helpful. I will be back!
P: Veronica is the nicest employee ever. While I was in the store i noticed she was working hard organizing clothes, helping people with questions and checking them out. She really gave me a good impression and I would return to the store just because of her:
Lauri Label: Dear fellow clothing sellers, please bring more items in Large sizes to sell! The selection for us curvy girls was very disappointing
Marcus Contreras: Crossroads never fails when it comes to finding great items! Always so much to look through. They are up to date with current trends and carry such nice brands. Staff here is warm and welcoming. Buying and selling here is such a breeze. One of my favorite Crossroads locations.
Elvira Mattson: Good overallNicely put together and managed well

Grant Mays: Amazing store, big variety of clothes, awesome decor and displays, almost like a museum, reasonable prices, lots of cool affordable leather jackets which I wish I had known about when I started riding. It's no mistake that this place has twice as many customers inside as the rest of the vintage clothing stores in the neighborhood.
Willow Mooney (Willosopher): A great place for 501 jeans and leather wear. The staff were really nice and helpful and the prices are decent. I got a pair of wrangler 501s and a really nice 80s style denim jacket for under $70 and I’d say that’s a great price.
Erin Vargas: Gorgeous selections with great prices and friendly staff— but the highlight of my trip was finding my lost bracelet! I dropped my Pandora bracelet in this store and left not knowing I had dropped it. Came back 20 minutes later after I realized, and the staff was holding onto it for me!!! Incredible! They seemed just as excited to give it back as I was to find it! ❤️😁
Anderson: I like held over for a thrift shop in San Francisco. It has OK prices I wouldn’t say they are the best but San Francisco is known for really expensive thrift shops in this one has OK prices it has a huge variety of different things and it’s a beautiful building. I would definitely check it out the workers there are always nice and they have dressing rooms and plenty of mirrors to check out your new fit!
Greg Parmer-Lohan: Awesome vintage finds, great prices, and friendly staff.
Oliver Zandi: Fire
Jas G: This is a really cool store. I had so much fun just looking around and exploring what they had. I think the prices were good and I ended up buying a really nice sweater. I think it's fun place to check out if you're in the area!!
Wendy Cogan-Toyoda: Great selection. Lots of fun pieces from all over with a lot of unique items from what looks like Germany.
Cynthia E: Super well organized and quality vintage clothing, both US and European.Aisles are wide enough to accommodate folks using mobility aids.
Jaekob Borges (Jaekos): Awesome store. So many cool vintage items, some even from a century ago!! Great prices, cool employees. Definitely go if you like thrifting, vintage fashion, or good prices.
me: This is the best used clothing store in the area compared to other options. If you can only go to one, go to this one.
Sophia Sandoval: This shop is super hip! Every generation thinks this place is cool.
Fiber Bunny: Held Over is an amazing store. I went in searching for a members only jacket, and I found one for $38.00! Where else can you do that? I'd highly recommend the store, they have a massive selection of name-brand clothes for very discounted prices.
Robert Gray: Oldest thrift store in San Francisco according to super nice and informed staff. High quality, large selection, well organized, and low prices compared other thrift stores. Was interesting and fun.
Libby Surgent: Best vintage store in the area! Prices are amazing and quality is even better!!

Paula Quinn: Decent drop off with pleasant staff. BUT in spite of what the website says and what we were told on the phone yesterday they do NOT take televisions. Hope they make sure their site and staff know this when people ask.
Marcos Gutierrez: Excellent place to shop and at the same time help. They just need to raise the level of the items; more order and discard those that are no longer in purchasing condition.
V S: Title: The Go-To Spot for Donations: The Salvation Army Thrift Store & Donation CenterReview:Located at 1170 Mission Rd in South San Francisco, The Salvation Army Thrift Store & Donation Center has become my preferred place for dropping off donations. From clothes to furniture and household items, they accept a wide range of goods, making it incredibly convenient for decluttering. The staff is always friendly and helpful, guiding you through the quick and easy donation process. And the best part? Knowing that the items you donate are going to be put to good use, either by being sold to support The Salvation Army's charitable programs or by going directly to those in need.If you have items to donate and you're in the South San Francisco area, I highly recommend this Salvation Army location. It's a straightforward way to give back to the community while also freeing up some space in your own home.Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
Artashes Petrosyan: Very kind atmosphere, a lot of nice people and many different goods. Found that what I urgently needed.

Nature Kitty: told me they don't buy on Sundays.Well I tried calling a few times before coming down and no one bothered to pick up the phone. The least you could do is have a pre recorded message on your answering machine letting people know this pertinent info or post a sign on your window to save the hassle of coming down. Very annoying and a huge inconvenience to say the least. Not sure if I will be selling in the future..I have been a loyal shopper here since they first opened on Polk @ Sutter
Amber Gray: Very friendly staff, very helpful, wide range of variety./
Luis Mendoza: Excelent prices and selection
Eric Schamun: Recently gained weight and needed stuff that looked nice to wear. They had plenty of sweaters and outerwear for work.
Elise Biancardi: This thrift store has night-club-meets-Halloween vibes! Lots of sequins! A great place for Eras Tour clothes. No dressing rooms though, but they let you try things on over your clothes.
Sultaneh Alkhrissat: my favorite store
Steffi S: Real treasure spot...loved it here!
Nellyy Sinapellido: Excellent quality 😍
Jessica Shu: I love coming here, wide selection with fair prices and clean store. Lots of costumes along with normal clothes. Organized well.
Lynne Magruder: This family owned store has very cool. Durable, and dope clothes. The guy who is security who stands in the back is a funny guy, I noticed someone comment about him, he's harmless,
Jackeline E. Albarracin: I came here to find something to use in Halloween. I was late and luckily I found a good costume. Actually the manager was very kind, I came back next day to change other products I bought and they just help me with that with no issues.
Kyla Dismukes: Great, fun selection of clothes and they run really great discounts. Really helpful and friendly staff! So glad I found this place!

Lorraine Mautner: I always find what I need here. Huge bag of duplo Legos for $13.99.
Cynthia E: Chloe's is the best! They have two store fronts - one is all kid stuff and one has kid stuff and a smaller section of women's clothing, accessories and shoes. I have been shopping at Chloe's since it opened some 20 years ago and have gotten so wonderful items there for my child, myself, friends, gifts, nieces and nephews. Just picked up some wonderful board books for a friend having a baby.Nice neighborhood shopping area, grocery store, great public library, and nice enclosed playground are all right there on Cortland - so you can get in other shopping, books and kids fun, dining, or quick coffee pick up while you're there.
Linda: Love this store. It is a consignment store for gently used goods and priced accordingly. Great for toys, books, clothes, shoes of all sizes plus extracurricular activities like soccer gear, winter gear, swim gear, etc. They also have women and maternity gear. This is a local gem!

Felicia McCaffrey: I had the pleasure of visiting Jane consignment yesterday. I have to say this store is a gem! But, more than the store being amazing; Jane herself is great! Not only did she offer a lot of options for me as soon as she realized what my style was. She also had things that could fit me and I'm plus size! She's very knowledgeable of everything that she has in stock! She also is very personable and friendly. Her store was well stocked, clean, super "in the now" and vintage. If you're a thrifter or collector like I am, this is definitely a San Francisco spot worth visiting!
Brett Rae: Meant to leave a review sooner how much fun I had checking out this store and chatting with the lovely owner- I found way too many amazing pieces 😅 one of which are these beautiful Manolo Blahniks
Harley Mom: Maybe the styles here are different than where I’m from but the clothing at this store made me think of the piles of clothing my 73 year old mom would have that she had dug out of the back of her closet that she hadn’t worn in decades and wanted to give to goodwill. The woman that owns or runs the place was very nice tho!! I definitely wouldn’t find anything for myself here but maybe some old grandma types might find something.
Rachel England: I can’t recommend this consignment shop more! The store is stocked with great brands at good prices and has an eclectic collection of styles. The owner is very kind and you can tell that the business is her passion. This store is a breath of fresh air from San Francisco’s often overpriced and overhyped thrift scene.
Patch County: I am a big fan of Jane Consignment. This neighborhood shop is filled with gems. Luckily I live nearby but I would still drive across town to shop Janes. The stock is so fun and eclectic....designer, vintage and loads of jewelry. I never come out empty handed.
Randi Carmen-Chivers: I’ve been a customer and consigner for many years. I love that the shop has something for everyone— clothing, jewelry, shoes, accessories and high end to moderately priced. Jane is a pro when it comes to helping you find what you’re looking for. She knows her inventory. Today I found great fall items for an upcoming trip. Thanks Jane!
Megan Johannsen: I got a good haul of fun clothes. Red jeans, fuzzy red vest, dress that fit like a glove. Jane helped me pick out the items and was super friendly! I visit every time I go to SF and always find something funky and/or classy.
Alondra Avila: The owner is such a kind lady, very inviting! There's so many diffrent brands and materials. The pricing is decent not too bad. I recommend coming here (:
Nadia Fletcher: Love her, love her store
Sharen March: Loved shopping here, and will return. Good sales. Lots of choice in clothing, all sizes, and shoes. With fall moving on, beautiful cashmere scarves and hats. Umbrellas with wonderful designs.
Lena: Good Variety of goods, lady who owns the spot is super sweet
RomanVillarreal: Very nice selection of dresses from vintage to new, including high end brands. Jane was super nice and helpful. My wife bought several dresses and at reasonable price.

Peggy L.: Love coming here to get clothes for my baby nephew
Emma Jarvis: Delightful, organized store for gently used clothes for tots.
Catharine Burhenne: Adore this place. Best place for children’s and baby clothes in the city!
Chelsea Knoren: I love love love this shop. Monica had amazing taste and only accepts the best condition items. The prices are incredibly reasonable. I tell and take everyone here.
Georgia Abelardo: Good selection of clothes.
Danelle Ebbel: A sweet little kids used clothing shop in the heart of San Francisco. Thanks Monika for creating such a special little store!
Elena Perez: Great kids clothing and collab space
Virginie FG: Great choice and games for the kids to play while I look around
Kristen Self: Super cute little resale shop located in San Francisco. The owner is super friendly and has some great pieces. Some items were priced just right but some were a tad overpriced. If I'm paying $14 for a Gap dress used I might as well get on on Gap clearance. But don't get me wrong there were a lot of great items at wonderful prices! A hidden gem for the bargain hunting city mom. Good luck!
