Tee Ponsukcharoen: Authentic Italian food. How do I know? Well the servers/ owners/ managers we met are all Italian. And they ate the food they made when the restaurant is about too close. We got Lasagna, the fish dish, and tiramisu. The fish dish is a bit underwhelming because it is overcooked. However, the lasagna is solid. The flavor of tomato sauce is fresh, naturally sweet and sour. It is quite rare to describe lasagna's flavor as "bright" but this one has that quality. And oh, tiramisu, it is light, smooth, and well-balanced between sweetness, creaminess, and bitterness. The staff is so considerate and let us sit down passed 30 mins after the closing time. We really enjoyed this place. I would love to eat here again.

iris Michel: Excellent food and amazing stuff!!! I felt like I was back in Europe

Steven Tuttle: and finished w TiramisuWe split a nice and reasonably priced Montepluciano d’Abruzzo

NED: Wonderful neighborhood Italian restaurant. The Italian owners are so kind and attentive and know everyone’s name and their dog’s names walking by or coming in the door. It’s surprisingly hard to find good bread these days and their warm bread with olive oil and vinegar was the perfect start. We had the crab and tomato papadelle special and the truffle halibut that was so delicate and tasty. We Laos loved the busin o! Great place for a casual weeknight dinner or a special date night.

Christopher Chung: Currently, the best Sichuan encountered in San Francisco — perfectly spicy, numbing just enough. An elegant balance in mala resulting in a near bottomless appetite that can last hours.Tan Tan Noodles, gets the mala to sesame proportion just right. Spicy Beef Tendon, an excellent cold appetizer for those adventurous in texture. Cumin Lamb, comforting, savory and flavorful. Sichuan Roasted Whole Fish, crispy fried then served in bubbling mala broth, buried under chilis and lotus root. Chonqing Chili Chicken, however, not a strong suit. The private dining room in the back — a treat. Portrait view of green garden stone landscape, impressive.

Zherui Xie: The proprietress is very enthusiastic. The boiled beef in this restaurant is one of the most authentic boiled beef I have ever tasted. In addition, their rice steamed pork tastes exactly the same as Sichuan steamed pork. As a Chengdu native, I really miss the taste of my hometown. I even shed tears after eating the taste of this store. This is really the taste of my hometown.

Amer Jav: is SO GOOD! I also definitely recommend the tacos dorados, though they can be a little dry, but that’s where the sauce, beans or mole comes into play.Definitely go for the posole soup if you’re into rich flavor and something a little spicy!

Valerie Hoecke: Hidden gem, best sopes ever. Warm and friendly staff, beautiful flatware, very tasty food across many dishes. I love this place and you will too.If you are a visitor and receive good service, please remember to tip generously. The San Francisco Bay Area has an extremely high cost of living and compensation is very tight for servers, they are literally counting on your tips to be able to stay in the area.

Pamela Iluore: Try the corn tortillas. They are probably the best tortillas that I’ve ever had after I finished I asked for more and I usually hate corn tortillas . Live band came through which I haven’t seen in along timeKid-friendliness: Plenty of kids here the kids loved the live band

Lorena Sanchez: Cocktails are on point and I always have fun. Trying a new one each visit. The food has been consistent every time. My favorite so far has been the guacamole and chips, sopes de Carnitas and the fish tacos. My Son tried the Milanesa and that was also phenomenal.I included a couple of photos that I shared on my social media as I really do love this place. Definitely worth a try. Family owned and not overrated as other places that I prefer not to mention lol

Alexia Slate: Really delicious. I love the spicy salsas, tacos, and mole especially.

Kaitlyn Newman: Wow. Went here late in the evening after a long day. The service was amazing. The restaurant had a very high scale look so we were pleasantly surprised with the authenticity of the wait staff. Portions were bigger than I was expecting for the low price and the free bread was a wonderful treat. The cook on the steak was perfect. Only after did I learn that this facility is used for training members of the Delancey Street Foundation. What a special place.

jasmine: the food is great, portion size is huge for the cost. Value for money. I really like their mission that they are giving second chance to people who are trying to become a contributing members of the society. Great cause! keep it up.Vegetarian options: sandwich, salad and burgers

Pamela Vong: Solid comfort food at very reasonable prices.

Tim Lee: Food: 5/5

Jewelee Lemus: We had a late lunch with a large party. The food was very good and service was excellent. Our server did a wonderful job providing the suggestions we needed. We split three pizzas, some meatballs, bread and soft cheese. The neighborhood was definitely sketchy but we didn’t have any issues with anyone. Once inside the cute restaurant we forgot about what was outside.

Mudit Dalmia: TL;DR: You have to experience the food here and ask about the history and culture of the this beautiful restaurant.Apparently the only ‘Pinsa’ place in the vicinity. Possibly the country. It’s the apparently the Roman interpretation of a Pizza or a Flatbread. A sort of a cousin to Pizza.Tastes freaking awesome. The fluffy yet well done bread, sauce, cheese were great. Has to be had while hot and fresh.I appreciate the effort put into the aesthetic and vibe of the place. Apparently owned by an art collector.Great service by Cassius who guided us through the history of Pinsa and the art works of this beautiful restaurant.

Winnie Tsay: 🇮🇹Montesacro Pinseria @montesacropinseriaThis Italian restaurant is located in downtown San Francisco, very close to the tenderloin, where public security is very poor. Please pay attention to safety if you go to the restaurant!Appetizer 🥦cavolfioriRoasted Cauliflower SaladBufala e BrocoliniMozzarella cheese with cauliflowerMain meal 🍕TorpignattaraVegetarian Cheese Pesto PizzaTrulloLamb Sausage PizzaDessert 🍷Pere Al VinoRed wine braised pears and vanilla ice creamThe three-course set meal at US$25 is a good CP value. Originally we wanted to go for the all-you-can-eat brunch at US$30 @scopodivinoUnfortunately, I received a notice from the restaurant a few days before I went that it would not be available due to internal renovations I hope this discount will be available during Restaurant Week in April this year! The interior decoration is very retro, the toilet even has seats similar to those of a barber's salon, and there are hair clippers on the wall💈💇

Alaina Zulli: Great place, we loved it. The food is excellent. The bread for the table and the olive oil to dip it in were delicious, and our wine was interesting and went beautifully with our meal. I got the Spumamia, I highly recommend it.The montesacro pinsa was also delicious, though I liked my partner's tormarancia even more.Service was great, and the atmosphere was cozy and pleasant. I liked that they played non-corny Italian music, and at a level that gave liveliness to the space but also allowed easy conversation.

Jada Calderon: . Sadly, there are none, but we already ordered some stuff online to try to replicate this because it is so amazing! We also had the tofu with fresh mint and coconut rice. Definitely one of my favorite tofu dishes now! The atmosphere is beautiful and the service is incredible! Can’t wait to return to SF to eat here again! 😋

Matty Lee: Good ambience, good Burmese food. Their tea leaf salad, and tofu veggie dishes are rock solid. Their chicken dishes could use more work though, but I’d def come back for their tea leaf and tofu dishes. Would recommend overall! It gets quite busy during the evenings, so I’d recommend reserving ahead of time.

jhalitza pimentel: other people. Just order a side of rice with the meal!Kind of annoying how they make you pay for the rice separately. It’s like when you go to a burger place and they make you pay separately for the fries. The tea leaf salad was good. Don’t know if I would get it again. The platha and dip was delish.Does NOT have a changing table for kids in the bathroom…The atmosphere is nice but everything is super close together. Siting in the middle row gets very chilly every time the door opens after sunset.Staff was nice.Parking: There’s no where to park let alone pull up to the restaurant. You can put your emergency lights on on the main road though… definitely no easy to find parking

Olivia Hsia: , and cashew chicken! Have never had food from Nepal so this was a fun experience! The owner was also very kind and you could tell it was important to him that we enjoy the meal. He gave us great tips for reheating the leftovers too.

Jon Ho: Cuisine of Nepal is definitely one of the best restaurants in SF hands down. The Chicken Cashew Cream Curry is to die for. You can taste the harmony of spices and love that is poured into it. The owner, Prem, is one of the best human beings you will ever encounter. He truly shows you a level of hospitality that you would only expect from an old friend. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant and can wholeheartedly recommend it 100%. 10/10.

Lizzy Burl: is so delicious, me and my boyfriend have now agreed to order two each time since we inhale one too quickly. We also love the Nepalese dumplings.Food: 5/5Recommended dishes Palak Paneer Recommendation for vegetarians Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings Large vegetarian selection …

Rachel Ollison: OMG.. The the lamb is so awesome the little side dish that they give you with the potatoes and the vegetables oh my God that is so awesome everything that I ate there is just awesome I love the food I love going to this place thank you for a beautiful place with such beautiful food the customer service is awesome thank you thank you thank you

Anthony Picchi: Another neighborhood gem. This is a small and narrow restaurant with only a few tables, but what it lacks in space it makes up for in flavor. The momos and accompanying sauce are delicious, probably the best I have had. The sizzling platter is also tasty and a lot of fun. Portions are on the smaller side but prices are very reasonable. A great place to go as a group and get a lot of dishes to share. Some of the best service I’ve had in the city, the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Will be back soon!

Hadi Koesnodihardjo: It is one of the best Peruvian restaurants in town. Too bad the location is not that great.Parking: Best is to use Uber or public transportation.

Vee: During a long layover in San Fran., my daughter chose this restaurant. To be honest, when the Uber driver pulled in front of this establishment, I thought it was a mistake. There's no banner or sign outside indicating what it is. From my vantage point, the place really looked seedy from the outside. The ambiance wasn't much either, but I'm here to tell you.., seedy looking and all, the food and service was nothing short of EXCELLENT. The passion fruit drink was quite a hit with my palate. The Arroz Con Marisco was delish. The fish was light, airy and flavorful. The Calamari was a hit as well. Just the right crunch and seasoning leaving me to secretly want to order another round. As for the Ceviche., my daughter is the connoisseur of that dish and she gave it the Chef's kiss.

Miguel O: . last night, my eggplant tofu was undercooked, with the eggplant though to chew rather than soft and slightly mushy as expected. hopefully they can get back on track soon...

Christian Alarcon: l've been coming to Pagan for years and it's time for a review. The food there is delicious and tastes authentic from what I can tell. Also the prices are totally reasonable for the quality food they serve. Plus, the service is great. The young guy server was attentive and made sure everything was just right. The vibe is right with nice Burmese decor. It's one of those places where you feel like you're supporting a local family business, and that just makes the whole experience better. Everyone there works so hard, and it definitely shows. So if you're looking for delicious Burmese food, great service, and a place where you'll actually want to leave a tip because you know it's going straight to the hardworking folks behind the scenes, I recommend Pagan.

Conner Delahanty: Honestly, may be my new favorite bay area ramen place. Yep, I say that over Ramen Nagi. I thought it was really good. Noodles were great, portion was light but filling, bun appetizer was great and fluffy tooDidn't get drinks, but drink menu looked extensive.Vibes are cozy. Small groups seem best. They have little baskets for backpacks which is a nice touch

SIN PIN Shih: The noodles are a bit hard and the Tang Yang chicken is huge, but the sushi is pretty good. The dining atmosphere is very good, customers come in an endless stream, and people are required to be seated only when they have arrived. The service staff are also good.

Bart Chang: The waiting line at the entrance is not easy.I give my name and number of people at the entrance and wait.thank god. You can be seated in just ten minutes.I ordered something spicy and waited. We asked for opinions to add char siu to make it more filling. It's a little spicy, but it's delicious enough to eat well. There were no other side dishes, but ramen alone was enough.I admit it because I cleared everything without leaving anything behind. But it is a bit pricey. $22 for a bowl of ramen... I'm scared of the prices.

Soumen B: A wholesome experience at this ramen place. I tried the Bun and spicy ramen and loved it! The service is fast and traditional, they can occasionally hurry you but that’s not a problem.Highly recommend the Karaka Spicy ramen, I got the veggie option and added chicken and egg to it. It was delicious and full of flavors. The bun are also good and go well as an appetizer.Vegetarian options: Ramen can be made in veggie broth. There is tofu here.

Vern: Best Veggie Bun I've ever had. I would come here for that alone. The Veggie Akamura is really good but the Veggie Karaka Spicy is perfect if you enjoy a little bit of spice. On the expensive side but worth it

The rest was delicious, but the total amount was a bit too expensive and they charged quite a lot for the service fee. But overall, it was a pretty good place try it out.

Jamie Li: Very good ramen. Hard to find chicken ramen and they do it so well! I’ve tried most of the menu and my favorite is the ground chicken ramen one. The chicken leg was good but not amazing. The tossed dry spicy noodles were yummy and had a good kick but were pretty dry to a point that they were hard to eat without needing to sip some water every few bites to remoisten my mouth. It was interesting but I much prefer the broth ramen dishes. Also liked the mentaiko rice bowl as a little appetizer

Alicia Lei: 8:15PM reservation and were seated quickly upon arrival. Service is great! Friendly and knowledgeable. We got the following:- Savory egg souffle

Julia Kim: I am a middle aged, Korean foodie. This place is incredibly hard to book and not sure why. Service is good. Banchan so so. Kimchi clueless. Dishes were generally over-seasoned and too salty for my authentic Korean taste which is understandable in the US. Price not bad. Atmosphere surprisingly clean and modern. Creative ideas for dishes but executions not there for Michelin 1 star IMHO. Busing cart brought out next to me to clean the table definitely not Michelin. Best part of the meal was mango bingsu dessert.

Andrew Tan: The food was yummy and service excellent. This place needs reservation. We were 15mins early and we were told to wait till the reservation time. Compliments to all the servers for tip top service and I would like to compliment Rachel and Victoria for their smile, introducing the food, attentiveness. When my son dropped his pair of chopsticks, Rachel came to our table to pass a new pair of chopsticks without being asked. The food portion was sumptuous with excellent quality. Highly recommended. Well done team in San Ho Won.

Billy Xia: We managed to snap a last min 5pm cancellation. When we showed up there was already a long line outside for walk-ins. It shows how popular this place is.The food was out of the world. Authentically Korean. Everything was delicious but especially the egg soufflé, the best I’ve had so far! The service was very attentive.

Regina Wu: San Ho Won offers a delightful array of Korean cuisine with a focus on quality and flavor. From the succulent center cut Beef Tongue to the flavorful Galbi Mandu and House double cut Galbi, each dish showcases the chef's expertise and dedication to authentic flavors. The Jebi Churi- Beef Neck Fillet is a standout, tender and bursting with savory goodness. Don't miss out on the Grilled Tteok, a perfect complement to any meal. With its inviting ambiance and impeccable service, San Ho Won is a must-visit for anyone craving exceptional Korean dining.

Good place to have excellent moments with friends or familyKid-friendliness: Completely kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: They have it!

Thehumanlife: Delicious burger with high quality meat and ingredients. You won't find this quality on every corner! Fair prices as well!

Jin J: Garlic French fries are really delicious. The burger is juicy and delicious, but it's hard to eat if you don't like strong meaty flavors. The enchiladas are also full of meat. The store owner looks like a movie star and is friendly. It's a food truck with outdoor tables, so it's not that clean or comfortable.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair space available

Brandon Yung: Honestly pretty impressed with this place. The name of the restaurant was a bit off putting but I’m happy to say the food surpassed my expectations. We got the toro roll, Kobe beef ramen, agedashi tofu and edamame - everything was perfect and reasonably priced! I couldn’t find anything critical to say about any of the dishes honestly and I eat at Japanese restaurants very often. I’d easily come here again. Definitely recommend the Kobe beef ramen.

Angela Dao: Wow, can’t believe i haven’t heard of this place! The duck ramen was some of the best ramen I’ve had in the states. We also ordered a few rolls and appetizers - the raw fish being super fresh and roll combinations were delicious and unique.Easy parking too! Definitely stop by, you might add it to your sushi rotation.

dominic galletti: Best in San Francisco!

Darius Bahgeri: One authentic Japanese place, very friendly staff

Kevin Onorato: Wow, I have been eating sushi for 35 years and this is the third place where I was ever truly surprised and delighted. While I am not a real officionado I can say for certain that all the boxes got a check mark. Food, atmosphere, and staff were not just wonderful but really a cut above my expectations. I’ve never had makerel that was so mild but still flavorful. We had a type of poke salad with mixed fish and mixed greens and pickled veg that was fantastic. The atmosphere, the ambiance, the art, the lighting, the architecture is pretty darn cool as somebody found a way to integrate the dated and rustic concrete building which was likely a auto garage or something back in the day, with a sweet room modern vibe. The caterpillar roll looked like a damn caterpillar and the dynamite roll was the best I’ve had. I hope I’m not being dramatic. My sushi experiences range from Monterey, Seaside, Marin, SF, Santa Cruz, and Portland. Never been to Japan but after this sushi I ran home and started to research trips to Japan as I was inspired.

Michaela Nee: Truly a hidden gem - amazing, amazing food, kind staff and honestly it’s just really beautifully decorated! This is our favorite place to take friends and quickly became a go-to.Vegetarian options: 2 veggie sushi rolls are available on the menu
