Barbara Roseneder: The food is to die for. At first it was pleasantly warm in the restaurant, but suddenly the air conditioning was switched on despite the pleasant temperatures. We would have liked to stay, but we couldn't sit without a jacket or sweater. No employee responded when all the guests put on their jackets. If the outside temperature is 15 degrees, air conditioning is probably not appropriate. It's a shame, we won't eat there anymore.

Neal Henderson: Absolutely the best dining experience. It was my niece's birthday, and they could not have made it more special. From the 5 star menu to the first class service. A memory we will cherish forever.

amit dabholkar: was delicious. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Loved the sauce.Chicken saltado was really amazing. The sauce was delicious and flavorful. The chicken and the potatoes were perfectly cooked. The ambience was really nice. The portion size was sufficient.Overall loved the restaurant.Definitely would visit again.

Alvaro Carbonero: The food was incredible. As a born and raised Peruvian, this is *the first* Peruvian restaurant I like in the US.The food was really good, but what makes me give it 5/5 were the vegetarian options. Not my first choice, but my friends are vegetarian so I got to try it from them. OUTSTANDING. The plates were original. They were not imitation meat; instead they were original creations with Peruvian ingredients that follow the spirit of the non-vegetarian counterpart. I highly highly recommend this place for vegetarians that want to try Peruvian food. For the meat eaters like I, I insist you try them. Not a good selection of desserts, though. The cheesecake with maracuya sauce was really good though. As someone who spends many many hours in the kitchen, I applaud the craftsmanship and creativity. As a Peruvian, I’m proud that this restaurant represents us.Vegetarian options: They are not originally from Peru, but definitely Peruvian inspired with Peruvian ingredients.

Lindsay Tharp: Food is always delicious. We have been to Mochicas 4-5 times now and we never had a bad thing about the food. Service could be better. We visited on Cinco de Mayo 2024 and after viewing the restaurants Instagram that same morning that featured flavored margaritas, we were told the restaurant didn’t carry those specialty flavors. The website also doesn’t function properly so you can’t find any accurate information.

Tania Bone: Everything is exquisite, the attention is very good. And I congratulate you for allowing pets to integrate into the restaurant, my friend was delighted.

Hadi Koesnodihardjo: It is one of the best Peruvian restaurants in town. Too bad the location is not that great.Parking: Best is to use Uber or public transportation.

Vee: During a long layover in San Fran., my daughter chose this restaurant. To be honest, when the Uber driver pulled in front of this establishment, I thought it was a mistake. There's no banner or sign outside indicating what it is. From my vantage point, the place really looked seedy from the outside. The ambiance wasn't much either, but I'm here to tell you.., seedy looking and all, the food and service was nothing short of EXCELLENT. The passion fruit drink was quite a hit with my palate. The Arroz Con Marisco was delish. The fish was light, airy and flavorful. The Calamari was a hit as well. Just the right crunch and seasoning leaving me to secretly want to order another round. As for the Ceviche., my daughter is the connoisseur of that dish and she gave it the Chef's kiss.

JC C: It was my first time having brunch, and I loved it.!!The food is delicious, and it is great drinks, but the best is the greatest service. Neftali was amazing. He recommended me all his favorite food and drinks, and I was really pleased and thankful. Will definitely come back when I am in town.I definitely recommend the Lomo Salteado with Prime Stake was amazing

Page Smith: Fantastic all around. Service, food and atmosphere are on-point. The servers are very helpful with navigating the menu, which contains more than your average SA food. Personally, I really enjoy the empanadas and cocktails. Sit out in the back - it's a great spot. This place is pricy, but there's hardly a better place in the marina for a nice dinner.

Grace Pedersen: Amazing service and care for our party of 5 plus adorable Pom. We ordered so much and it was delicious and came as it was ready which I really appreciate. They put up with us staying late which was super kind and I just loved the entire experience.Dietary restrictions: They were very attentive and asked us about dietary restrictions before we started and were ready to do any substitutes as needed.

Daniel R: Piqueo's restaurant offers Peruvian food. Everything that we ate was delicious, lots of flavor. The ceviche was my favorite. The staff were nice, and they spoke Spanish, which is great when going to a Latin restaurant. My only complaint would be that the table were too small for two people. There is enough room to have bigger tables. The music was a bit loud, but not a big deal. And it took longer than usual to get our food, and the table besides us, got it before, even they came after.I have been there twice and would definitely go back and recommend it.Gracias.

Natalia Le: We ordered the aji de gallina, bolitas de yucca, pescado ceviche, and tequeños. My favorite dish was the bolitas. The aji de gallina was good but not the best I've ever had. My friends who are into sweets really liked the tequeños. I probably would not get the ceviche again.Great pisco sour and great service!

Karina Cordoves: One of my favorite places in San Francisco….yes!!!!! It is not spectacular to look at but they always serve us with great generosity and even so, arriving just a few minutes from closing, they treated us with the best of treatment!! What can I say about the food 🥘 wow very delicious, a lot of flavor in their dishes... the lomo saltado is one of my favorites, I always order it and the rice with chicken is tasty. In general, a quiet place with good dishes, very affordable prices in the place. I highly recommend it. The prices range between 12 and 20 dollars. I love this family business. I give it a 10 out of 7 for the flavor of its food.

Irishman 415: The meals was just delicious. Wouldn’t have it no other way.Vegetarian options: Just read the menuDietary restrictions: OptionalParking: First spot grab it are just park in the parking lot across the streetKid-friendliness: Just amazingWheelchair accessibility: Yes and very helpful

Jamie K: Delicious Peruvian food with really good portions! The anticuchos were very tender and the chicha morada was so refreshing. Definitely recommend!Recommended dishes Ceviche …

Juan Concha: I ve been going to this place since they were open in the mission in the 90s and then their spot on Van Ness and now bush. Love the owners. I always go back to their kitchen to say hello to them. I haven't gone back in a while. But I am stopping by again today.

American Angler: Fresca Restaurant, he says it's one of the best rotisserie chicken joints in the city. I came down to Corta Madera to eat with my pal Ol Buckethead Joe, maybe grab some seafood in Sausalito or something, and he tells me we gotta go across the bay to a Restaurant called Fresca. I told him I'm not parking my truck in SF without my little helper sitting in the front seat, because nobody puts their hand in the truck with him growling at them. The Uber cat took us right there and Ol Buckethead was right, that rotisserie chicken was amazing! As a matter of fact it was so good I got one to go. ☆☆☆☆☆

Jerry Peterson: . And topped the lunch off with dessert of the Peruvian donut!Just go experience and enjoy! You're welcome...

Satania Gidney: about 45 minutes before. It was so good! Food was fresh, warm, and well seasoned. On top of that, the sandwiches were shockingly large.I had the Lomo Saltado with fries - the meat was braised perfectly so that it was tender and soft. The veggies were well cooked so that they still had structure but were softened. And the bread was perfectly bouncy and flavorful. The fries in the sandwich added extra crunch and a nice saltiness. My partner got the Sandwich con Adobo - he said the meat was super well cooked and that the bread was amazing. He got a side of yuca fries and they were fresh and well cooked with salt and cheese. The empanada we split and was just a great fresh empanada with dough that was flaky, meaty mushroom inside and not soggy. Highly recommend! For all of that

David H: What an underrated spot. I'm surprised SF Chronicle and Infatuation haven't really picked up on this spot yet. This place deserves to have lines out the door.As recommended by the head chef, I got the pan con chicharron sandwich with yucca fries with a drink. It gets messy, but the sandwich over delivers. It's the perfect balance of meaty and crispy, without being greasy.Yucca fries are super fresh, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.Sandwiches aren't unreasonably priced. At around 15-16 dollars per sandwich, it's cheaper than other hyped sandwiches in SF. Sure, with fries it hits $20+, but the fries are way better than some bag of chips you'll get elsewhere.Pleaaaase try the chicharonne sando!

daniel: Food: 5/5

Zachary Ackerman: First off, such kind and attentive service from the staff, though I was there at an off hour. The food is also incredibly tasty. The limo saltado sandwich delivered with all the fixings and sauce to match. The plantains were also great, and the addition of cotija cheese on top was one of the greatest takes on fried plantains I’ve ever had.

Ameya V: Food is very good. Empanadas are a must have. The place is very small, and there was only one waiter who seemed a bit overwhelmed at times. Overall I recommend it for a casual evening out. Outdoor area is available, would be better during the warmer months.

JUICE: Definitely worth the ratings! I don't think you need a reservation but its still nice to book just in case! The place is small!Jaleita - 5/5! I loved the variety of squid, shrimp and yucca topped with the salsa and the aioli!Empanada Sampler - 5/5! The waiter was nice enough to switch out the mushroom for a second beef because im not a fan of mushrooms and oh my godddd it was so good! We got chicken and beef and we wanted to save it to not get full but we couldn't help it and just ate it!

Carl Davis: My dinner was worth the wait! Enjoy!

Carlos Danino: Awesome place to eat and drink....!

Lucho Bravo: Good Peruvian restaurant. Some tasty dishes, with some that hadn't heard of. Friendly waiter, a bit overtaxed with work. He could have used more help, so our service and orders are delayed. Wobbly tables. A pitcher of chicha morada was $26 dollars.

Haydar Celik: I had octopus, choclo, ceviche, and lucuma ice cream. Everything was delicious but sweeter than what I like. Ceviche was sour enough but a little bitter, maybe because of the lime/lemon peel. Lucuma ice cream is amazing. I wouldn't add honey on top. Would go back.Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: Yes Takeout: Yes …

Sena Guzel: Excellent service and food.Highly recommended.

ROB Lambda: Cancha was so good! I went with my 10 year old. We had the ceviche pasion, beef empanadas, lomo saltado, arroz con mariscos, and a side of platanos maduros. Everything was excellent! We knew we wouldn't finish everything but ordered everything we wanted to try. We would definitely return for more!

Evelyn Nguyen: , pork shoulder. Yummmm!
