Corina Lange: Delicious food and large portion sizes for the price! I ordered the chicken biryani and veggie biryani and was quite satisfied with both. The flavour profile of each is solid, and I like that they have the vegetarian option, as other places I have been to didn't offer this. When I arrived to pick up my DoorDash order, the staff were just taking my biryani out of the pan, so it was very fresh. Each portion is a couple of meals worth of food - an excellent value. I will be back the next time I'm craving biryani.

DYJ1948: Very nice place with extremely attentive and friendly staff. We came in about 9:15 and they close at 10 pm but it was no problem as they gave us great service. We did have to pay early since the waitstaff were leaving at 9:30 which was not a problem. The food was good but the matar paneer was just a bit bland and watery. But the chicken tikki masala was tomato based but excellent and the chicken was very tender. The garlic naan was outstanding as was the samosa. Those were must orders!! We’ll be back to try other dishes. They had a photo book of many of their dishes which looked great!

Sarah Jane Underwood: Our favorite Indian food in SF! Love all the vegan options. Just delish and reliable. Nice people too. Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Vegan options galore!

Wilson Tsang: I ordered the lunch special for $15 and it comes with two curry and rice. I got the paneer saag and the chicken tiki masala, and everything was very flavorful! It is definitely not made with heavy cream like other places. I think the portion could be a little bigger but overall the food is very flavorful and I would definitely come back for more!

Sugandan Barathy: The staff were so nice and friendly. Me and a friend went just after last call and they took our order and the food was so aromatic and tasted great. Def 5/5 for service and quality

beyza simsekoglu: Truly the most delicious meat I've ever tasted! I highly recommend it. Especially the lemon chicken, onion pancake, spicy beef stew, and lamb shank. The lamb shank was cooked to perfection, the meat was incredibly tender. The same goes for the lemon chicken, which falls apart the moment you touch it. I will DEFINITELY COMING BACK, I LOVED IT!

Danish Khan: The meat balls with rice pilaf are a nice delight! I could go for some right now. I forgot to mention that the staff are very diligent and polite.

Rachel Ni: I am so excited to see Sini is open for lunch. This is my weekly spot, I love their salads, pita sandwiches and their rice platter.Don’t forget to try their smoked eggplant ❤️The Turkish meatball is off the chart!Everyone in the restaurant are wearing protective equipment. The lady on the front clean the order table 3 times while I was waiting for my order 😋

Ceyhun Doker: On my birthday, my family ordered the catering from SINI for lunch. The quality was very good! We had plenty of food and I have to say, their kofta meatball was so popular! Their home made pita bread is also delicious. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend SINI to all my friends.

Beardman Ali: Pakwan Restaurant offers amazing food surpassing all other locations, along with spacious seating despite limited parking. Situated in a safe neighborhood for walking, it provides excellent prices for San Francisco standards. The biryani is exceptional, though some patrons may find the music selection a bit outdated.Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome

Titus Ponrathnam: Their Saturday lunch special, the halwa Puri, is just the best. This is what your plate should look like before and after. lol.

Corina Lange: I ordered in person and dined in, and when my order of chicken biryani was announced ready to pick up, I was shocked by the size of this dish. The plate was heaped over. Even better was the fact there were chunks of chicken throughout the dish. The large portion size for the price point is an excellent value. The interior is nice, clean, and minimalistic. There is plenty of seating for dining in, but it's also conveniently located for takeout, as there is plenty of street parking.

Fatema Ghadialy: Food was delicious. Their falooda is amazing. It's a must have but it's huge, enough to share amongst 3 people.

Rohit W: Great food for a good price. Food tastes homely. Faluda desert is must try

Tanvi patel: Love the ambience and food. Panner tikka is my favorite there.

Petz: who was a very cheeky sense of humor and gave me the nickname 'PetCo'Mela provides stellar services, top quality food and a great place to introduce your friend to "hookahs n hoses"I'm blessed to call these three my life long friends. Try the cinnamon tea, trust me, they brew it for 24 hours...its absolutely divine!

Russ C.: The TM Mac & Cheese is a great fusion. You should try it! The Shiraz was also very good as was the tandoori. I highly recommend Mela Tandoori Kitchen.

Doyle Brown: Omg the food is out of this world. We wandered into this place by chance. It will be a regular stop every time we visit San Francisco.

abdul sami: Awesome

Luke Ranger: The platter meal gets the job done. Nothing to rave about. Prices are a little higher for the quality of the food.Vegetarian options: OptionsParking: Hard to find.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps

Kazi Md. Majharul Islam (Emon): Good portionsI had finished watching the San Francisco Chinese New Year parade which is unique since it’s at night and was heading back to the Orange Village hostel and saw this place open. The prices are pretty reasonable for the area I ordered a platter which contained a mixture of chicken and beef along with lettuce, tomatoes, and rice. There wasn’t much seating available so one can take a quick look to decide if you want takeout. The menu is pretty simple you also had the choice of ordering a gyro

Swap: , matar paneer with Green chili naan and garlic naan. We actually ordered the paneer tikka masala but the order got messed up. I didn’t have any complaints about the matar paneer though! And our favorite was the cauliflower roast with the khichdi - a must try!If you’re in SFO and looking for some seriously good Indian food - stop by here! Also a special mention of their service - really, sweet people! After ordering, I realized that I was out of lactaid in my wallet and my spouse needed to make a quick run to Walgreens. They accommodated our request to bring the food out when he was back. Thanks to that kindness, I enjoyed my lunch without having to deal with a tummy ache later!

Vincent Chan: Can’t believe I haven’t reviewed Truly Mediterranean yet as this place is my go-to for lunch. Mediterranean combo plate is OP and the guys behind the counter hook it up. Baba ganoush has excellent flavor. Super generous portions. Lentil soup is usually ready by noon but definitely something I look forward to when eating here.

moe al yousef: Good food and good customer service
