Whenever I was in the area I loved coming into the store and checking out the merchandise and just to enjoy the magical Disney decor & environment. A taste of Disney, outside of the parks. I always had a pleasant visit at the Disney Store.
Anne Kwan: The Disney Store is a great place to shop for all Disney fans, no matter if you are young or the young at heart. This store always provides a large range of memorabilia representing the latest Disney movies. Plus, they do have all time favorites, such as Mickey Mouse and Winnie the Pooh. The prices reflect the high quality merchandise. The staff are courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. The store is well maintained in response to the COVID-19 safety standards.

Doug Williams: I live in the Central Valley, West Sacramento, about an hour and a half from the City. At any rate I saw the Legends of Zodiacs, the Tiger Red bottle of Ink online was sold out. I called Mont Blanc Corporate who advised there were 13 bottles nationwide still available. One of those bottles was in their San Francisco Boutique. So I reached out to the store and Jax answered. He serviced me from me beginning to end, even by helping me procure a second sold out bottle from another location. Needless to say 5 stars is all I can give- but I do believe Jax at the San Fran store did go above and beyond and kept me informed all the way.

I love that there is so much stuff there but don't like how there isn't more variety in clothing sizes for kids and adults. I'm so super sad that many Disney stores are going to be closing for good this month. Online shopping is Really starting to Ruin in store shopping experiences. No amount of detail information about a product online does justice to actually seeing and feeling the item. Rumor has it, Target stores might section out an area for Disney products. It definitely will Not be the same as a actual Disney store experience.
